DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered a hoodie in February 2021. Its now August 2021 no delivery. Alot of emails claiming they are contacting the courier, and telling me to be patient!!!!....6 months later their email address is now no accepting emails. I cannot get them to refund me. They have taken my money and have not provided me with my goods

Ordered boots supposedly delivered to wrong address.
They say that they sent out more. But still not received.
Tracking system does not work now mailer deamon is returning all emails as cannot be delivered. Rip off Chinese DO NOT ORDER anything from these scammers.

Awful customer service. Sizing is rubbish. I usually buy large. Ordered XL. It’s like a medium. They have refused a return. Items shipped from China.

Could of got of eBay £5.00.
As they only sent the lights wheres the box which ends into the TV.
Shocking website DO NOT USE I ordered a coat that stated as warm and waterproof when what arrived was nothing of the sort. Company refused refund, stated that unless faulty they wouldn’t refund it even though their own refund policy doesn’t state this I opened a dispute with PayPal and lucky won my case after forwarding all emails and pictures of the product I received. I wish I had looked into reviews before I ordered
Do not use! They do not give refunds even though they have a refund policy and I am willing to pay postage to return the item and not only that they try to tell you to give the item to someone who needs it!! This is just a scam! Horrible customer service and horrible items sent that don’t even look like the pictures online. Do not buy from this site!
Avoid at all cost. Scam site, ended up disputing with PayPal and getting a refund. Never received the item although they claimed I had.
Unfortunately I can't give less than one star, if I could it would be -5, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, took 2 months to arrive, refused return, went against their own return policy, products are wrong sizes,
Took weeks to arrive. Jacket was horrible and the company has refused a refund and I am unable to return it
2 weeks and nothing.
Talked to them on facebook, asked to be patient and wait another 15 WORKING days for it to be shipped (not to arrive, to be SHIPPED).
