Worst shopping experience ever.

Worst shopping experience ever.
I didn’t receive any confirmation of my order and no tracking information. I have to contact them myself and they also have no answer. Somehow one day they said UPS failed to deliver my package and will be return to them. (Not to any package point ???)
With almost one month waiting, they finally received the returned (?!) package and refunded me after me chasing them back and forth!!!
Also 10€ shipping cost was deducted for delivery. But I have never ever received order confirmation and suddenly charged the return fee!

Terrible experience!

Refund Issue

My daughter placed an online order on 15th July which never arrived!
It is now September and she is still waiting for her refund!
What appalling customer service!

Shameful service. Awful experience.

I provided a shipping address on purchase but they shipped to my billing address instead. I double checked the order confirmation and they 100% sent it to the wrong address. After a week with no answer the customer service representative said the mistake must have been mine because they do not make mistakes in this process. I provided all the proof and she insisted that it was my mistake and did not answer my request for a refund. I do not have the refund, I do not have the item and I was sent a customs bill for the delivery to the wrong address (from another country). Shameful service. Awful experience.
