Jay was Phenomenal this morning with his customer service skills, his active listening and his willing to ensure my problem was addressed and taken care of. He placed me on hold a few times to work on my account and with a situation that occurred , he came back on the line to give me updates and inform me of the progress. He is an individual who excels and I can honestly hear it in his tone that he likes to help people and make their day to achieve the best result and outcome.
