The site collected my money on in late February, and still no tracking info or anything in mid-March. -edit: Finally heard from the seller on March 18, and they said the product is going to be shipping out tomorrow. Will update further.
Ordered and paid for a pair of in-ear headphones 5 weeks ago. The order confirmation email stated that a shipping notification would be sent. I have not received this, nor the earphones. Sent two emails to the company, both unanswered. Lodged a complaint with Shopify (the company’s platform). No response.
