Victor was the first point of contact

Victor was the first point of contact. He was helpful and didn’t give up until I went to a scheduled appointment.

At first, I didn't find any interest in going on with the deal. However, they came through. He was persistent, and then at the end of the day I felt like he was trying to make the deal work for me, and not just for the company. Job well done

My overall experience was above satisfactory, the staff was very professional the whole process of purchasing a new car can be exhausting BUT I was rather shocked that the car buying process was quick and easy. Thank you and I love my Brand new Kia Forte GT

I received a letter in the mail stating…

I received a letter in the mail stating I could refinance my vehicle or I could get into a brand new one for a cheaper price.. So I called to gather information before I went to the dealership that I was recommended to. The rep I spoke with asked me what type of vehicle did I want so he could inform the salesman what I was coming to get! I get to the dealership it was a whole different story and the salesman constantly tried to get me to purchase a Ford Fusion when I simply told him that was not what I wanted. I drove a hour away to be let down all because the rep I spoke with told me I could get the car that I wanted. While leaving the dealership I tried to contact Lendward, I was told all the reps were busy and they were going to give me a call back a hour later! Hours went by and I never received a call! I knew it was too good to be true! No I wouldn’t recommend this company to no one! They’re full of sh**. I already got f* over for the car that I’m currently paying on now, I will not get screwed over again especially for something I don’t want!

I have been thinking about getting my…

I have been thinking about getting my vehicle refinanced. Received an advertisement in the mail. I have to admit I was reluctant at first. I called and asked a bunch of questions. Thought about for a few months and called back once my financial situation improved... The process was quick, I guess having a good credit score helps.... Provided the supporting documentation and got loan docs notarized and within days the check to payoff my current loan was sent... To good to be true... lowered my intrest rate and my monthly payment.

Lendward + Charlie Clark Nissan

Usually, I would not celebrate what is intended as marketing strategies or lead generation, but my experience was worth recognition. Lendward provided excellent communication and follow through. I reached out to them, via Charlie Clark Nissan mailer and had to reschedule my initial visit by a day. Correspondence via text messaging made arrangements fluid and effortless.... best part is that they were outgoing and non-aggressive. Would recommend this experience to anyone!
