Absolutely terrible service! They sent me a faulty pen with my new laptop refused to repair or replace without sending back the laptop. Tried to get it done under warranty and it's a flat refusal to cover it. I'm sure this is illegal. Staff are horrible and obnoxious. Very upsetting experience, will never buy a Lenovo product ever again.
DON'T MAKE ANY PAYMENT.
The domain is only two months old. They are stealing the identity of an old business (via CIF number), the address is fake and the phone number is always off. Also, they use a GMAIL account and they use "ASUS" as contact name. Absolutley ridiculous. They redirect payments to TransferWise so you can't claim to your bank.
It's been reported to Police already.
