Really great service. The only thing I would change is that it would be great to get confirmation that the glasses had arrived and another one to let me know they'd been sent again. Otherwise everything was easy, quick and reasonably priced!

It's great to get a pair of sun glasses that I love wearing reglazed with my updated prescription. I think everybody knows that feeling when you try on a pair of shades and you know they suit you and you will always want to wear them. Lensbuild lets me do that. It's a really great product.

Simple and easy to use..... Great value for money.

Overall I would recommend Lensbuild. There was a delay in getting my old frames to Lensbuild in intially buit I found that I was able to get a fast reply from their representative. While the delivery of the new glasses was a bit longer than I had anticipated I was very happy with the finished product.

It’s brilliant that a service like this is available in Ireland. Although be prepared for a bit of a wait, it took more than six weeks from when I paid for the reglazing until my glasses were returned.
After I contacted LensBuild, they let me know that my order had been sitting in an An Post distribution centre for two weeks which obviously isn’t the fault of LensBuild.
I thought the communication was quite poor. If I hadn’t contacted LensBuild myself, I would have never known what was going on with my glasses and if they had ever arrived.
After a long wait, the finished product was to a very high standard in professional packaging.

Amazing service. And the unboxing of my new sunglasses was a delight with a new glasses case, lens wipe and cleaner. Great job!

Sent my glasses off , service was hassle free . Glasses came back in perfect condition with a lovely box and lens spray and cloth. Much cheaper than optitions. I am delighted

Still awaiting return of sunglasses since 9th of April ... I have emailed twice no response.
My payment was taken from my account on 6th April , box received by me on 8th April and returned to Lensbuild on 9th April by express post .now nearly 3 weeks and advertise 5/6 days turn around ... most annoying part no replies to emails requesting update .
UPDATE... lensbuild made contact and explained delay also apologised for not keeping me updated .. glasses received and I’m very happy with them . I would use this service again .

I couldn't be happier with my Lensbuild experience. I had a pair of glasses that I loved but needed my updated prescription put in. The whole process couldn't have been more simple and relatively quick given the current situation. I think from initial order to receipt of my glasses it was about 2 weeks. It was so much cheaper than visiting an opticians and I will definitely be using the service again to reglaze my sunglasses in a few months time.

Not wanting to discard my old frames, and having recently bought some excellent computer glasses from Ambr Eyewear, I decided to give Lensbuild a shot. The process was quick and affordable and the "new" glasses are great. Thank you, I'll be back.
