It took two weeks to arrive.. and I ordered three different styles of cos play contacts but got three of the same kind

Still haven’t received product. Defiantly outside of advertised arrival window. Event has already passed that this purchase was used for. Disappointed.

The eyes were supposed to be orange but they came red

Company is a scam - not even reviewing the product cause it doesn't matter/worht it.
Paid extra for fast shipping. Took 3 days to even be shipped and then 14 days to get to me. I no longer needed the product because I received it too late. Issued a refund. They won't refund the fast shipping after admitting it should have been received within 5-10 days (my case was longer). and when trying to return the product, you have to pay the shipping to China - I would pay more money/lose money if i tried to return. They also try to beat the system by telling you to LIE when buying postage telling you to say you only paid $9.99 for custom issues.

Not received product. Filing as fraudulent business with my bank.

I’ve been waiting for my order since May, but I’ve never received it. I’ve reached out multiple times, but Lenself doesn’t even bother to respond. Don’t waste your time or money with this company. Their customer service is terrible, and the people who work there allow their company to take people’s money and then refuse to fulfill their obligations or take responsibility for their lack of due diligence.

The first time I ordered with Google pay and it punched in an old address and sent my contacts halfway across the world, when I ordered the second pair to the right address, I don't receive any info about the shipping number, estimated day of arrival, no email, just running out of time and I've been given nothing, no info, by lenself after ordering two pairs.

I placed my order and they got shipped out to me extremely fast!

I think the lens are big-looking. Maybe need to be a little bit more like real eye. When I take one out, I can see the big difference of largeness compared to my real lens.

I have not received my package. Why am I getting a request for a review?

The website told me i would recieve 6 lenses when i purchase 3 however i only recieved 3. Bad customer service

the shipment is too long. It says 24 hours but it has been a week

I purchased an order on 6/12, paid for fast shipping. I have 2 tracking numbers and neither tracks package after 6/20. The tracking information is confusing and makes no sense. I contacted support on 6/22. Still no response and no package! DI NOT ORDER FROM LENSELF. IT IS A SCAM AND YOU DON'T KNOW THAT THE ORDER IS COMING FROM CHINA UNTIL YOU COMPLETE THE PURCHASE! THIS IS A SCAM AND COMING FROM CHINA BELIEVE IT IS A WAY TO GET INTO YOUR DATA. I USED A DIFFERENT CARD TO MAKE A PURCHASE, VIEWD THE TRACKING APP AND IT HAD MY RECENT CARD INFORMATION IN THE TRACKING SLOT. THIS WAS NOT THE CARD I USED FOR MY ORDER!
