I am begging you all don't buy rubbish glasses from the company. Their products are nonsense and don't worth buying. Tesco, Specsaver here in the UK sell better and cheaper products.
Their products are very poor quality
I have been waiting for a full refund from them for a product that's not good for my sight over 7/8 weeks now, but they have stopped communicating with me.
I have completed online RETURN FORM from their site with proofs of their useless glasses to be returned.
Very poor quality products.

Glasses not fit for purpose.
Customer service terrible they offer refund or 50% off as you have to pay for return to Asia. Once you have decided which method you never hear back from them in my opinion it’s a scam.

Yes you can get your money back, but it'll cost you as much or more in postage as their policy states purchaser is responsible for costs...... Back to China

This is a total scam,do not order,they bombard you with emails with additional offers after you order but never send any items,they send you false tracking information. DO NOT FALL for this scam

I can't believe in this day and age companies like this can take your money & not send you the goods you ordered. I am extremely dissapointed I don't expect to recieve anything. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS FIRM. (Order number 18270)

I ordered 2 pairs of glasses received none, I can't believe it fell for this scam DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE FRAUSTERS. No tracking details that actually work, I will be reporting this to trading standards. NEVER AGAIN!!

Please do not buy glasses are not fit for purpose they certainly don’t do what they advertise.

I requested a refund and like other reviews have been offered 50% back and keep the unusable glasses. If I continue to pursue for full refund I have to pay to get them shipped back to Asia and wait for inspection and if they agree wait another 14 days for refund absolute joke.

Received 4 pairs ofLensEVO spectacles this morning (ordered 2 Sports pairs in error), & tried all pairs. Absolutely useless for general daily use. Certainly not usable for driving. 'Should've went Specsavers' 82 years & stitched up.

That star to me means _10. I wish I had read reviews before I ordered. The glasses are completely fake. I emailed the company 2 weeks ago for a refund. I opted to accept 50% refund but since then have had no communication from them. The customer service is disgusting. I don't understand how they can still operate as a company.

Do not buy from this company.
Multifocal lenses are not as they describe. I bought theseglasses to use in car to have good distance vision, whilst being able to see dash information clearly. They provided neither.
Their returns process is non-compliant with Consumer Rights law and they will do everything posdible to delay and frustrate returning for a refund
I have an open investiation with Trading Standards

The glassses were no good for me. i could not see through them!! They said if i sent my prescriprion they would change them. Then said they could not accomodate my prescription. I aaked to return. They were in original packing. I did not have the box they were sent in and they would not refund me. Don't buy. I now have 2 pairs of useless glasses and am out of pocket!

got my money back before they were delivered from PayPal.they r just plastic rubbish with blurred lenses.this company should not be selling. disgusting. scam.scam.scam🤬🤬🤬🤬

Ordering glasses from LensEVO has been a complete disaster. The product descriptions are misleading and inaccurate, and the glasses do not work as advertised.

When I contacted their support team, they offered a 50% refund, which is unacceptable, as the product is completely useless. I requested a full refund and was asked to submit a return form, which I did on 11/12/2025. Since then, they have completely ignored me, providing no response whatsoever. The only way to contact them is via email, and even that is ineffective.

This is unprofessional, dishonest, and unacceptable business practice. I strongly urge everyone to avoid LensEVO and not waste their money on a company that refuses to honor refunds or support their customers.

Please do not purchase from LensEVO, and I urge consumer protection authorities to investigate this company’s practices

Ouch, why didn't I read these reviews before I wasted £29 for two pairs of blurred glasses.

Absolutely disgusting This is a Chinese company do not buy anything from them its a con...they advertise glasses that have multifocal lenses and they turn up with nothing of the sort. I complained so they asked for my prescription which I sent and the next set of glasses were worse than the first and double my prescription. I complained again and they offered me only 50% refund which I agreed. That has never materialised and I have emailed over and over they have just ignored me.
Please do not order from them......the trip adviser ratings show how terrible they are
