Service and staff ni good

I visited the Lenskart store on 5th June for an eyeglasses exchange request. However, the store staff failed to initiate the exchange request until 10:00 PM on 6th June. At that time, they called me and obtained an OTP from me to process the exchange request.
To my surprise, the exchange request was created with an incorrect eye power instead of the prescription I had provided. Upon noticing this issue, I contacted the Store Manager, Mr. Surendra, at around 11:00 AM on 7th June and informed him about the wrong eye power entered in the request. He acknowledged the mistake and assured me that he would correct it immediately.
Despite his assurance, there was no response or action taken even after more than one and a half hours. Due to the lack of response and resolution, I personally visited the store to seek clarification regarding the issue.
Unfortunately, instead of addressing my concern professionally, Mr. Surendra behaved in an extremely rude, arrogant, and unprofessional manner. His conduct was intimidating and unacceptable, and he treated me with complete disregard for basic customer service standards. Rather than resolving the issue, he resorted to aggressive and disrespectful behavior, causing me significant mental stress and inconvenience.
I am deeply disappointed with the handling of my exchange request and the behavior of the store manager. I request that this matter be investigated immediately, the exchange request be corrected as per my actual prescription, and appropriate action be taken against the concerned staff member for his unacceptable conduct.

Lenskart has worst service ever,there is no valid contact number available so that I can contact them regarding to my order,I ordered glasses on 27 may and I have 0 information about that order. If this message reaches to lenskart.com please provide a valid phone number so customer can contact regarding their orders.

Very poor delivery - information given while booking is very different from actual delivery. Better to get specs from local vendors than Lenskart.

Excellent service by the staff at Padivattom centre.

I had purchased day night glasses from their Fountain Showroom vide Order Id. 1307953867. After 5 months the coating of glass started to peel off spreading to the entire glass. I had contacted them and they replaced the glasses. However, the new glasses started giving the same problem within a month. I am yet to get my glasses!!!! Beware while buying from Lenskart........
