Lens hire
I rented an Olympus zoom lens for a safari holiday and the whole process was so smooth. The lens was delivered on time by a courier with great communication from Lens Lab. The lens was perfect and I got some amazing photos to remember my holiday! Returning the lens was really simple as I dropped it off at a UPS drop off point. I thoroughly recommend Lens Lab and I will certainly use them again in the future.

WARNING Do not use LensLab…unless you want terrible service, sub standard kit and your money stolen. I am currently taking legal action against this company to try to get my money back. I ordered the camera that I wanted weeks in advance. I was told on the day that I was expecting delivery that the kit was broken. They offered a sub standard alternative which I first declined but then after their reassurances accepted. I had paid for a full week. I had the kit for less than a day and returned it as it did not do the job that I required. At no point was there any mention of not getting a refund and in fact at first Pete was apologetic about the terrible service and the fact that my required camera was not available despite ordering far in advance. I have contacted Pete numerous times now and despite vague statements of him getting back to me, he hasn’t. Meanwhile he still has my money for an entire weeks worth of a camera that was frankly terrible and was in my possession for less than a day! And the worst thing? I don’t have any decent photos of my son’s eighth birthday as a result.

You get over 3 hours of instruction with James who is an amazing pro photographer. Plus you get to see some some incredible sights and meet other like minded people. 5 stars James, thank you for you patience.
