So, I used this website and it was actually quite okay, but then I didn't need it anymore and wanted to delete my account. However, it kept saying that I couldn't delete my account. I just wrote to the company and will now wait for a reply.

Poor results
Poor results, and a bad UI. Other face-search tools I've tried are more reliable at finding the person in question, and Lenso makes me click individually on each result to see their name. (And I have to pay for each result I look at, even if Lenso did not successfully find the person.)
Oh yeah, and they also offer free credits for 5-star reviews here, which is a violation of TrustPilot's terms of service and means you probably can't trust their average score.
