Great store, fantastic selection of stuff. I pretty much always use it for preorders, or nip through if I need something urgently as they're always really well stocked in miniatures and paint. Website is really easy use and staff are very friendly

Complete lack of professionalism
Received unprofessional response which completely ignored my request. Asked for a refund and was ignored. Literally having to issue a charge back to get my money back. Incredibly disappointing experience. Won't be using them ever again.
