had this long lift 4weeks don't know how i managed with out it.also staff were very helpful and would recommend them to others with no hesitation

Fantastic service from start to finish. Phoned initially was given an idea on price and made an appointment for someone to call and discuss, he wasn't pushy given all the different options as certain features are extra on top of the price I was given over the phone but was told these could all be added at a later date if I found I needed them. I was given prices for both new and reconditioned and much cheaper for the same make of stairlift I had looked at from other dealers
The fitting was arranged for a date that was good for me and I found the fitter professional and friendly, I expected it to be rather noisy but it wasn't and he left everything clean and tidy afterwards
I can't praise the team more, from the sales, fitter, and accounts team and highly recommend Leodis for anyone needing a stairlift

The Stair lift was fitted quickly, as my husband told them that I was due out of hospital in a couple of days, after a very bad fall.
My husband said the fitter went out of his way to get it done, and it was actually fitted about 2 hours before I came home. We are so happy to have this Stair lift. It was a lot cheaper than I expected,but the quality is first class.We really love it !

Wish all companies were so easy to deal with

We needed a stairlift in a hurry but couldn't afford a new one, so I began the search for a reconditioned rental on the internet. When I contacted Leodis, I was told I would not find a lower price for the installation of a reconditioned curved stairlift. This turned out to be true.
I was advised that if I could take photographs and send them in, Leodis would probably be able to install the lift in a matter of days. Again, they were true to their word. The workman turned up exactly when expected and even took out a temporary bannister before installing the stairlift. He explained fully how to use it, and did not leave until he was satisfied that my parents were able to use it safely and correctly.
My parents were given a few days to get used to the stairlift before they were they asked for payment.
We found the whole process easy and straightforward. Many thanks for a great service.

From initial contact to installation of stairlift, contact with employees was fantastic. They were informative, polite, reliable. Each giving time to explain products, how to operate.
They were smart, friendly and considerate of situation. Stairlift was fitted in just over week from ordering. No mess.

Ellis the installator was very polite and kind. He worked quickly and efficiently and very clean. He also removed his shoes for me which was really nice! Chair works brilliant. Very happy customer would recommend
