Leo Law Firm is a Lithuanian legal services firm helping people of Lithuanian descent and foreign clients with their legal matters in Lithuania. Our team of qualified lawyers has more than 10 years of experience. Our main practice is restoring Lithuanian citizenship by descent. Many descendants of Lithuanians who emigrated to the United States, Brazil, Canada, South Africa, Israel, Argentina and other countries are eligible to restore Lithuanian citizenship – and, in many cases, to keep their current citizenship at the same time. We assess eligibility, search the Lithuanian archives for an ancestor's records, prepare the documents and submit the application to the Migration Department. Most cases can be handled remotely, without travelling to Lithuania. We also assist with: • Residence permits and visas in Lithuania (work, business, family, studies) • Company formation and business legal support for foreign investors • Contracts, due diligence and corporate matters • Administrative and civil disputes, including appeals against decisions of Lithuanian authorities We believe good legal help means clear communication, honest assessment of your chances and a well-planned strategy – every move is deliberate. Lithuanian citizenship

If you have Lithuanian roots, I would definitely recommend looking into restoring your Lithuanian citizenship.

I worked with Leo Law Firm throughout the process and they made something that initially seemed very complicated much easier to deal with. There was quite a bit of archival research and paperwork involved, but I always knew what was happening and what needed to be done next.

I really appreciated the honest advice and clear communication. They were upfront about the costs and timeline and never gave me unrealistic expectations.

For me, this was about more than just getting an EU passport. It was a way to reconnect with my grandparents and keep my family’s Lithuanian heritage alive. I’m very happy I decided to go through with it.

I’m very grateful for the help and would definitely recommend Leo Law Firm.
