Samples

Dont like giving bad reviews but they asked so just a little constructive feedback.
Ordered a sample in February arrived mid April!? Everything is perfect with sample it's what I ordered but 2 months too late. I ordered product from another company and had lino fitted in March.

I ordered 4 samples & only one arrived. I have messaged you twice & you have not responded. Very disappointed with what should have been a simple task. You will loose customers by not responding

Missing samples- overall disappointment and lost customer.

From the four samples that I ordered, I received only one.
The previous samples request to go direct to the customer, either took too long or didn't arrive.

What seemed like a simple process to find an alternative to a discontinued Leoline Vinyl, came across as a failure to help the customer and the customer loosing faith and I believe, shopping elsewhere.

Poor quality and no customer service

If we could give 0 stars we would. This flooring has been a disappointment since day one. Everything marks it and even a drop of water removes the pattern. It's like there is no protective top coating. The company say it's a maintenance issue which is such a cop out so we will have to take things further to the consumer agency and social media.

Orderd free samples but then got billed £5 from Royal Mail to deliver them! Had id known it was for the samples I wouldn’t have paid it! No response from the company!

Do not buy this vinyl flooring

Do not buy this vinyl flooring, we have this flooring installed by our buyer in our house and the quality is absolutely shocking, the vinyl is so soft you can pierce it with your thumb and it looses its memory so quickly that we have dents in our floor from where people have been sat on chairs. Our builder is claiming that leoline have put down to it to wear and tear rather than admit to the use of such a poor quality product. Unless you want a dented, holey, ripped floor do not buy this product
