The customer service exceeded my expectations.
I had a great experience with Leonardo AI’s support team, especially Mark G., who handled my request.
I had an issue with my subscription after forgetting to update my payment method, and Mark responded quickly with clear, helpful answers to each of my questions. He made the process of restoring my account simple and took the time to explain what would happen with my images and tokens.
After I resubscribed, Mark submitted a request to have my tokens renewed. He kept me updated throughout the process which I appreciated very much.

It's a beautiful interface with a ton of options for graphic design. I'm only about a week in and am blown away by the depth of this AI model. Their human tech support is amazing. I was wrestling with a feature (due to my own inexperience) and Alyanna R. helped me via email within hours. She even sent over a recorded .gif of her doing the actions to teach me what I should have been doing. Great tool and customer service!

After deciding I no longer need access to a higher tier subscription, I requested to get back to the free plan. ANNA assisted me from start to finish; everything went smoothly. It’s nice to have someone assist through email especially going through the app becomes troublesome.
