The customer service exceeded my expectations.

I had a great experience with Leonardo AI’s support team, especially Mark G., who handled my request.

I had an issue with my subscription after forgetting to update my payment method, and Mark responded quickly with clear, helpful answers to each of my questions. He made the process of restoring my account simple and took the time to explain what would happen with my images and tokens.

After I resubscribed, Mark submitted a request to have my tokens renewed. He kept me updated throughout the process which I appreciated very much.

I try to reach the company but they…

I try to reach the company but they dont answer me. When i had a question about upgrading my subscription they replied immidiatly.

Now i ask a question about a team setting and nobody reply. I have sent the email to Fin, Jefren and support.

OK product, great service

I had a temporary generation need last year and used it for one month then i forgot about the subscription for a year then got auto renewed and charged. I tried contacting the customer support for help and the representative Mark G. was extremely fast and respondent handling my case. i am definitely impressed by the customer support.

Great Support Team

I've only just started using Leonardo, and have been teaching myself as I go, which is a very steep learning curve. However any issues I've had, have been dealt with very promptly by the great team of tech people, namely Mark G and Fin who have helped me so much. Really professional and friendly. I accidentally renewed my subscription…

I accidentally renewed my subscription and was worried I wouldn’t get a refund. At first, my request was declined, but John from Leonardo AI support took the time to review my case properly.

Since I hadn’t used any credits and canceled right away, he approved a goodwill refund. This level of support and fairness is really appreciated.

Exceptional and Understanding Customer Support

What made your experience great?
"The highlight of my experience was the human empathy shown by the support agent, Anna. I had a billing issue due to an overlooked auto-renewal on my part. Despite the strict 'no-refund' policy, Anna manually reviewed my account, saw that I had zero usage during the last two months, and processed a refund as a gesture of goodwill. The transition from the AI bot to a real person was seamless and extremely fast."

What is the company doing well?
"Leonardo AI excels at providing accessible and empowered customer support. Having a live chat that actually leads to a helpful human agent (and not just endless loops of automated answers) builds immense trust. They clearly value long-term customer relationships over one-time accidental charges."

Constructive feedback (Honest & Helpful):
"To make the experience even better, I would suggest sending a 'Renewal Reminder' email 2-3 days before an automatic charge occurs. This would help users manage their subscriptions more proactively and reduce the need for refund requests. Also, clarifying the 'auto-renew' status more prominently in the billing dashboard would be very helpful."

It's a beautiful interface with a ton…

It's a beautiful interface with a ton of options for graphic design. I'm only about a week in and am blown away by the depth of this AI model. Their human tech support is amazing. I was wrestling with a feature (due to my own inexperience) and Alyanna R. helped me via email within hours. She even sent over a recorded .gif of her doing the actions to teach me what I should have been doing. Great tool and customer service!

Great Customer Service

After deciding I no longer need access to a higher tier subscription, I requested to get back to the free plan. ANNA assisted me from start to finish; everything went smoothly. It’s nice to have someone assist through email especially going through the app becomes troublesome.
