Dear Victor,

Thank you for your comment. I cannot find your order in our system, at least not with the name you are using here. Also I do not have any order with those two products on August 23rd or the days before and after. It can happen that a confirmation e-mail doesn't go through but this is strange because I do not find any order that fits your description either. What I was able to find though is an abandonned cart that perfectly fits you description (Amount of 3.278 Euro), it is not under your name but it has the products you listed in it and your tried to order for someone else apparently.
