Truly Awful meal

Difficult to overstate how awful the Fish finger Wrap is or who in their right mind thought that putting rocket in the wrap and heating it up was a good idea .This truly needs investigating and the committee fired.Indeed you can add the hot tartar sauce to list of culinary crimes in this food . Finally the strong Pollock,which through no fault if its own,got dragged in to this culinary disaster and what you are left with is a sour offensive mess and truly quite awful. Maybe I got a saturday night at Bluewater "last on the grill" but there were no redeeming features at all .I have a very cosmopolitan palate but this was singularly the worse meal I have ever had ,trust me there is a lot of competition.This surpasses the chinese"hot and sour" soup fiasco of 1989.. be warned ..be very warned⚠️.

God bless Marc🫶🏾

Good day,

I really want to offer praise to Marc who served me on Wednesday 25.3.26 during the beginning of the lunch hour.This was at the Birmingham New Street location. I found out that unfortunately the falafel wrap is no longer on the menu which disappointed me greatly 😔 Marc offered me something similiar & I really appreciate that he went out of his way. His helpful, lovely & friendly attitude didn't go amiss & thank you so much for doing that🫶🏾 I wasn't having the best week & this gesture really made my day & aided to having a great remainder of the week. Whatever he's being paid, DOUBLE IT‼️ I hope the kindness he showed me is always returned to u. May u always continue to sprinkle joy to those around u & vice versa 🤗

First time I’ve been to a Leon

First time I’ve been to a Leon , I was at the channel tunnel terminal Uk side . Served by a pretty and perfect assistant , who did everthing perfectly . I ordered two of their version of a Mac sausage and egg mc muffin . It came with a spicy sauce to strong for me but ok But !!!! Because of the very wet hot sauce the bun turned to slush it was totally impossible to eat without a plate and cutlery . My hand were turned into a dripping mess . After using 12 paper tissues I gave up and threw the now gooey mess that was a but into the rubbish . The latte was perfect .

Just ordered on Delivero - never again

Just ordered on Delivero - 6 feb 2026. Ordered a chicken burger, fries and slaw. The fries were okish. But the burger and slaw were disgusting. The slaw had old veg and no dressing. The burger - the chicken was tasteless and slimy. The rest of the things in the patty I cannot describe as they were slimy, old and tasteless

I feel the quality of Leon is going downwards day by day. It’s extremely disappointing because it used to be so good :( I was getting my coffee every week but recently they just been giving me boiler water I feel :( this is definitely not coffee. Such a pity.

Thank you Elliot!

Customer service from Elliot at the Watford Gap Leon today (approx 17.40), was exceptional. He was approachable, polite, helpful, confident, responsive and efficient - making the whole experience smooth and effortless. He is an asset to Leon and stands out from the rest. He just seemed to honestly enjoy his work and interaction with people; a great combination without seemingly trying; a rare find in my experience. Thank you again Elliot!

Awful!!!!

Awful!!!!! Found out the beginning of the month that the coffee subscription was ending although I am gutted i do understand. However what I don’t find acceptable is being served a raw chicken burger! This happened on Monday 8th December went back and showed the store who gave me a refund via as points as that’s how I found out. Not even 2 days after I have found out that the store has permanently shut down and all the staff have been made redundant! Obviously the staff knew they was going to be made redundant so the standards of food went down drastically! Leon if I get food poisoning from you be prepared to see a law suit coming your way as this is completely unacceptable!

Good memories destroyed

Having had good memories of Leon in general, and in bluewater in particular (kids box full of well cooked brown rice, juicy peas and a big tasty fish finger) we took out now grown up child for lunch. The space is poky, and the dining experience no different from any other fast food - only it was not fast either. Slow and cumbersome… Prices not competitive either. The halloumi wrap was tolerable - just about. Fries were lukewarm, salty and soggy. The falafel salad bowl was a truly bizarre mix of roasted vegetables in tomato-y sauce, wilted lettuce leaves, a few peas and seeds with an indifferent tasting, dry falafel bites. The dressing lacked any punch or zing. The side of Leon’s slaw came with no dressing at all - a small pot of roughly chopped chewy cabbage, parsley and tired wilted baby leaves. That was a killer for me… the only saver was a small pot of Korean mayo which I’m glad I ordered as an extra sink could just bring fine of it to life. We won’t be back as it was not enjoyable, barely edible and poor value. Shame, it used to be good and outshine competition - not these days. Leon needs to go back to basics and deliver simple fresh tasty bites like a decade plus ago.

don't order large matcha

I ordered a large matcha - what I got was milk with vanilla. I mentioned it to a barista, "I ordered a matcha, why is it not green?" Barista said something along the lines "that's how we do it".
Guys, I am not kidding you, it had a white/yellow colour, nothing remotely green. My drink wasn't fixed and I didn't get money back. Never again

Disappointed.

Disappointed.
Halloumi breakfast box.
The beans were stewed & the halloumi so tough it snapped the supplied wooden cutlery.
The eggs were ok, but no toast available - who has breakfast without toast ?
The premium priced cappuccino came without chocolate on top.
It’s not good at Maidstone when the McD’s opposite has better food for half the price.

Really poor

Really poor. The screen to order was difficult to use: non-intuitive and variable in terms of its response to touch. My 'Cooked Breakfast' was served in a cardboard box (!) and was luke warm. This was the Leon at Heathrow Terminal 2. I shall never go to this 'restaurant' chain again.
