While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

missing money

My money sent to my account at Leopay simply disappeared. Don’t trust this company based on ratings from people who have not had a problem with it yet. I myself have not had any problems for a few months. But when I least expected it, in the middle of a trip, the problem happened: 1000 euros sent to my account disappeared half way and did not arrive in my Leopay account and neither was reversed. I was in the middle of the trip! This happened in October 2018. Four months have passed and the money is still missing! Since then I've been complaining almost daily, and this irresponsible company keeps responding with automatic and lazy messages stating that it's not their problem, it's “Satabank's” problem, a bank that Leopay used to manage the transfers that ended up failing. See how absurd. THEY hired a bank that went bankrupt to manage the money, and then they say it's not their fault. I lost my money with these irresponsible ones.
