Dirty, crowded, disengaged staff. No staff walking around from a security aspect.

Restaurant: quality of food poor, disgusting, unwiped tables and seats.

This place should be shut down, what a ripoff.

Unfortunately, I did not imagine that this negligence and indifference would come from a place that is supposed to be a place of luxury and pleasure.
A month ago, I lost my wallet that contained very important things. After that, I tried to contact you several times, about 21 times over the course of three days, even though I sent an email explaining what I lost and wanted to know if you found my wallet or not.
Unfortunately, after about 13 days, I received a response from you. We will contact the place where you were and they will contact me.
Unfortunately, about a month ago, I did not receive anything.
Yesterday, I was in this place and went to the manager and asked him. He is like a little child who does not care about anything and this increased my anger, and he does not care either. It is really a kindergarten.
I think that you do not read what people write about you on social media and that you are really negligent and no one trusts you at all.
From my experience in life, I think that you will not complete this work, I mean bankruptcy soon, because you are not competent and do not gain the trust of others, although the place is very beautiful and has excellent games for children. Unfortunately, I am very angry in every sense of the word because of the neglect and indifference. In any case, I thank you very much because I want to buy many cards as gifts for families and their children, but I completely changed my mind after this ridiculous thing from you.

We had a birthday party for my son at this place. It was a stressful and disappointing experience for me and our guests. Right before our party started, a water leakage in the place started and it disrupted all activities.

I believe that most of the employees did their best to do their work but it did not help.

- The party host had to handle the water leakage situation, the cash register, our party and, surely, other things. This meant that it was very confusing for me to understand what was the plan for the party. I had to fetch her to get the hotdogs, the same for the ice cream.
- I got a bluetooth speaker to play some music but it took so much time trying to pair it with my phone while serving the hotdogs and beverages that we managed to listen to only two songs.
- There was no mustard, only ketchup for the sausage and bread
- The ice cream served to the kids was not good, most of the kids complained about the ice cream saying that it tasted bad. I tasted it, and I confirm that it was either the wrong taste chosen or that the vanilla ice cream was not good anymore.
- The additions that we chose during the booking, chocolate balls and golden coins were forgotten
- After having realized that they were forgotten, the party host was kind enough to prepare the balls and gave me the golden coins. The time to prepare the balls, some of my guests already left. Regarding the golden coins, it was meant for our guests to get a toy in the automates but we could not access them as there was a plastic ribbon closing the area because of the water leakage. We did cross the ribbon because we did not think that it would cause any harm, but one of the employees told us to leave the area.
- The kitchen was closed and I could not offer coffee or anything to our guests' parents
- Some of our guests left earlier as it felt like the place was closing down due to the water leakage

For a party that costed almost 3000SEK, I was expecting much better, very disappointing. Just avoid this place for parties.

😡😡 is it tooo much expensive specially for all of us have 4 kids , it’s crazy 😔😔 I was many time with my family, but now I prefer to spend that money another way than to give them for nothing😡😡

I don’t recommend to visit this place it’s very bad and exploitative place.
