Let's begin by discussing the customer…

Let's begin by discussing the customer service aspect. While John himself has sometimes provided great service, unfortunately, some of his employees have been very difficult to work with, significantly impacting the business. Their demeanor often resembles that of pushy car salesmen, particularly when it comes to discussing pricing. This creates a negative impression and makes the purchasing experience less than satisfactory. Additionally, following up with inquiries is often neglected.

Moving on to design, it's apparent that there are significant shortcomings. The placement of the third player joystick requires cutting through the control panel underneath to fit properly. Moreover, the joystick holes are non-standard, leading to poor fitting and the need for re-drilling. This can be particularly problematic if using vinyl, as it can result in a messy appearance. Furthermore, the marquee sits at an awkward angle, detracting from the overall visual appeal once the setup is complete. The lack of hinges and latches, replaced instead by cheap black wood screws, often damages the particle board when removed.

In regards to vinyl, Lep1customs fails to provide dimensions for their products, causing frustration for design and print companies. Rather than cooperating, they withhold this essential information as a potential revenue stream. As a result, customers are left to measure everything themselves and relay this information to the design company. This lack of transparency demonstrates a lack of community involvement.

Regarding documentation, it consists of only two poorly written pages of instructions, supplemented by a few pictures. The absence of instructional videos leaves customers struggling to assemble the product correctly, resulting in uncertainty until the very end when issues become apparent.

Overall, my experience with Lep1customs has been disappointing, primarily due to their subpar customer service and evident lack of passion for their craft. In hindsight, I regret not choosing a company that prioritizes customer satisfaction and demonstrates genuine enthusiasm for their work.
