Confusion in product offerings
When I originally placed my order, I selected 2 "after shave balm" (I've been using Armani Code after shave balm in 100ml bottles for as long as I can remember); only when I got the order confirmation did I realize the product was, in fact, "after shave balm or lotion". At that point, I asked La Parfumier, by e-mail, to make sure to send the balm and not the lotion but La Parfumier replied that the lotion was already being sent to Canada Post and it was too late. I had to pay an additional fee for returning the lotion from Canada Post back to Le Parfumier. Mind you, the person with whom I was exchanging e-mails was very friendly and comprehensive. I finally got the balm (3 tubes and not the 2 bottles as it seems to be discontinued) and the person reduced the cost of the 3 tubes to cover for the additional expense. My point is that when Le Perfumier offers a product, it shouldn't be "balm or lotion" as they are 2 very different products. Thanks.

The item itself - which is vintage and now very hard to find - is perfect.
It's in fact as new - the original contents, box and cellophane wrapping.
It's just like it came off the shelf when it was still in production.
Communication and delivery were very good - quite quick for Canada to UK.
The price was reasonable, for an item which is now virtually unobtainable.
I'm very pleased with all of this - thank you.

I loved finding this company and i am very impressed with my purchase. This company had an old brand of cologne that had either stopped production of it or for some reason the price and availability went way up everywhere else. When i found it here for normal pricing i was very very very pleased. They also sent me some great samples. Shipping went normally and i love my product so much that i rate 5 stars for exceptional

They sent me a used and turned bottle of perfume, and have refused a full refund! I've made sure to let people know in various perfume groups of this behaviour. Very unprofessional for a company that been in business for 30 years.

Poor customer service
Despite charging more for express delivery with guaranteed delivery time of two working days the package could not be delivered for three weeks. Seller didn’t bother to respond to the inquiry routed to them to know delivery status.

According to their website when processing orders they say they ship for APO but when they charge money then they contact you and tell you that they cannot send to APO address and that you need to give address in USA.
