For certain fragile products such as the one you ordered, it is important we ship the product in a well fitted box to prevent the product from bouncing around in the box during transport to prevent this sort of damage. i was quite satisfied with the service i received but not so with the product i ordered which was roger&gallet l'homme eau de toilette. i have used the afore mentioned for 30 years before it was discontinued last year and i have to say this is not how i remember it. it definitely does not have the wow factor. i can only assume this is a copy or its old.

I can assure you that the product you received is 100% authentic and is well maintained to keep the fragrance intact and fresh. This fragrance is actually one of our biggest sellers with everyone being extremely happy with their purchase. This version is the vintage version of L'Homme by Roger & Gallet and was not the version that was discontinued a year ago. I believe you may be comparing the vintage version with the latest version. You can tell them apart by the shape of the bottle. The vintage bottle is rectangular and the latest version of L'Homme by Roger & Gallet is a cylinder and they do not smell the same. Another option is that your preferences and/or skin type has changed making the scent smell differently to you. It is common for our bodies and preferences to change on average every 5 years. Please contact us so that we can discuss this further.
