My first order was rough however customer service did resolve quickly. On my second order from offer to trade just an hour. Placed order 10min before server downtime, confirmed back online took 25minutes and trade from server back up only took 7minutes. HIGHLY reccomend, and will very likely return for future needs. :)

Service & communication is getting worse
I didn't want to leave this review but they give me no other choice. I have been with them for over 10 years now and today is the breaking point. Got a leveling order and raid order, I asked how long the leveling gonna be and wanted the toon to do the raid order, was told no problem but now tells me it hasnt started yet and not gonna make it in time for raid lol

Fast, Professional, Great Value
Being a parent isn't easy, especially when it comes to gaming. Leprestore helped me boost up 2 games, Battlefield and Arc Raiders, so that I could simply play at a regular level vs hundreds of hours of grind. Their communication is always very quick, sets realistic expectations about what is possible or not, and is transparent about their process. Minor quibble, someone in the group ticket, who didn't sound like CS, tried to upsell me multiple times. I'd knock it down to 4.5 if I could for that but given everything else, including the price, I'm very satisfied.
