why is there AI? Don't buy this garbage, just get LEDs or RGB bulbs or whatever you want that comes with a remote, not a crappy app

I purchased 4 Lepro GU10 Smart Bulb in June and they have repeatedly been disconnecting. I have lost count of how many times I've had to reset them, reconnect them on the Lepro app and then my Google Home app. I reconnected them again last night, and now they won't turn on at all. Also, they were never able to display any shade of white except one shade of warm white.

I have several other smart bulb brands in the other rooms of my house, and there has been no issue with any of them. My WiFi connection is strong, the lights are not far from the router. The product is subpar and not as advertised.

Just wired one of these and frankly it is the worst design I have ever seen after 50 years fitting all types of lights. The termination will only take 1mm cable and then I'm not really sure if it's locked in. Given the normal lighting cable is now 1.5mm this is poor design. The cable fitting area is so tight if you have man hands it's almost impossible. Then you have to route the cable as you are trying to lock it into the bracket. All in all poor design and heaven knows how long it will last given other reviews. My son purchased these and normally researches well. Not on this occasion. Don't buy.

Edit: 11/11 Just received an email from the company as I could not see how to remove the diffuser, in short you can't. If the lamp blows you have to replace the fitting. What company in their right minds makes a throw away fixed lamp. Do not buy these products.

Edit: 15/2/25 Sadly my son bought 4 LED 5 foot strip lights to replace garage lights wired with armoured cable. The new ones wouldn't take armoured and the while termination problem of the previous lights was even worse trying to balance a 5 foot fitting whilst wiring it with T&E cable from both ends.

In short horrendous design, their developers need to go back to design school. They don't seem to understand you don't wire light fittings whilst sitting down at a work bench.

Their LED lights are hot garbage. They instruct you in the manual to clean the leds every week to keep them working which is just a ridiculous statement. The only reason it’s said is because when you inevitably have to contact them about an LED thats blown after only a week they can just blame you! :D Avoid this company theres plenty of good LED strip brands out there.

Purchased on the 13 July 2023 within a week the usb plug split so i wrapped gorilla tape around it and it has lasted until today 8th july 2024 and now the light does not work and i am not sure it can be re-wired .
I think this company are a bunch of cowboys

I recently purchased a second LED light bar from this company after having bought the first one six months ago. After just 6 weeks the new unit failed (power supply)
One quick email to LEPRO and their excellent customer service dept replaced the faulty unit in just a few days. Would definitely recommend this company to others in the future 👍

Bought a 20w PIR light, was a decent price, but not worth it once you have factor in the cost of electrician to replace it after only 1year.

Not sure if if failed due to rain or just faulty.

It just kept itself on at night / throughout the night / constantly

Ordered 15 w ceiling lights. Clip in design makes it impossible to fit correctly. Returned lights for refund but had to pay postage. Finally got my refund 5 weeks after they received the return. "Sorry your refund failed to upload hmmmm!. These seem to be a virtual company using Amazon for distribution. Refund was from Lighting Ever Ltd.
I will use a proper company like Screwfix or Toolstation in future

I ordered warm white lights, they sent glaring white lights instead. Now they are refusing to pay to return the goods sent to me incorrectly or to exchange them for what I ordered. They tried to say it was a mix up at the Amazon warehouse. I pointed out I’d bought direct from them. Then they tried to insist I take ‘wide angled photos’ and all sorts of unreasonable demands. Now they are saying I can keep the goods if I pay £10 of the cost of the lights I didn’t order and would never use.

Do not order from these people. Crooks.

I have finally set up all 11 of my lights. Initially I was blaming the lights themselves, however it took me a while to realise that I had to use 2.4Ghz WiFi not 5Ghz. So after a lot of trial and error ( I want to write a scathing review of Virgin Media ) I bought some dualband WiFi boosters and my lights are great. I have a SONOS boost which sets up a dedicated channel for my speakers, LEPRO could do the same for their lights, it would be neat little extra so that your wires don't get crossed

Followed instrutions but could not set up on alexa did not have your name on it . Downloaded app and could not connect to internet . Did every thing in booklet wifi very good set up near router still could not find lamp after 1 hour gave up and sent back to Amazon sorry all my other wifi things set up very easy

I placed mulitple orders through LEPRO, which cost me over 3 grand. I never received any of my orders. I spoke with multiple sales reps over the next few months with no help. Ive never been treated like this as a customer. Over a year has passed and they finally contacted me and offered me just half of my refund. After speaking with another rep they said it was not their problem and for me to file a dispute with UPS. Horrible Customer Service. Will never do buisness with LEPR again and i would advice you not to either.

Beware this seller sells faulty bulbs.It kept blowing my fuse box constantly.I had an electrician on site who inspected the issue and advised that the bulbs must be faulty .This could led to further damage .I have bought bulbs from a different seller and no issues since . DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, DISHONEST SELLER, WON'T ACCEPT COMPLAINT.Stay safe

I love the lights I received from Lepro..
The box contained everything I needed. The instructions were brilliant. I couldn't wait for them to be put up... Delivery was very prompt. Perfect!!

I place an order for a four-pack smart led bulbs on December 29, 2020. I received LED light strips. They said the order would be coming from Amazon. The order was shipped and delivered to the wrong address and the wrong addressee returned the item to the sender. I still do not have my lights. Such a simple order has gone wrong in so many ways. SMMFH

I order #1000135689 early April. I texted may 9. They asked me if I wanted a refund or reshipment. I really wanted the product. So, I said reship it. I was told it would be expedited. MAY 30 still not here

Advertises 50+ of an item in stock, accepts orders and then refunds several days later saying the items are not in stock. Website links & phone numbers on the order emails do not work, and the only form of contact, via Facebook messenger, hardly replies to any messages. Awful service.
