Terrible service
I placed an order that was delivered incomplete. I complained, they acknowledged the error, but four days have passed and they still haven't sent what's missing. They've already delayed my planting by a week, and now they're on track to make me lose another week. The customer service is terrible. If you want to speak to someone via the chatbot, you wait for hours without a response. Emails take a long time to be answered and the replies are never concrete. When I placed the order, it was shipped the next day. Now that there's an error on their part, they're taking a long time to ship, saying it's in preparation.
