Innovative, effective product and thoughtful engaged customer service
I bought a LEREDD flexi pad about 2yrs ago for osteoarthritis knee pain for my brother in law who was waiting for knee replacement. Worked well for pain relief.
I’ve been using it for myself for a pre-existing neuropathy & pain in my feet and hands worsened by current chemotherapy for cancer. It’s really reduced the pain & helped restore feeling. I also use it for back pain. I couldn’t be more thrilled with it. Easy company to deal with, great advice as to how to use & which is most suitable for needs. I’d recommend buying the battery pack for the flexi pad. The stands for it hadn’t been developed when I bought mine, but what a great innovation.

I dropped in without an appointment and they were able to assist me and were extremely helpful in answering my questions and advising on the best product for my situation. Their passion and confidence for their products was clear and reassuring. I walked away with Flexi Light Therapy Wrap that day and it has since been in use - so my main response is that I am extremely satisfied with the wrap and have been praising the product to friends and family.

Great purchase and delivery experience, all very easy and quick. The unit is a quality build, nice metal frame and it does what it says on the box. Bought a Pro 40 as my first experience with a Red Light device. Only had for a few days, time will tell regarding results.

I live near this company and it was easy to pick up my device. The staff are communicative and responsive.
I bought the device to treat the pain of sciatica and, using it for 20 minutes a day, it has helped a lot. When you consider how much it costs to see doctors and physios, this NIR therapy is pretty good value for money

Had doubts about who to buy from
I had so many doubts about who to buy from and who to trust. After a phone call, Yulia and Jeremy of Leredd invited us to the warehouse to see the product before buying. I'm glad we came: lovely, kind people, and a first class product.
I've been using it for about a year now and can definitely see a difference in the way look and feel. Recently, a person who I hadn't seen for 3 years remarked that I hadn't aged at all...it must've taken a few years off!

What unexpected surprise I had when I rang this company to enquire about purchasing a Red Light cap to help my Parkinson.
Julia and Co workers were super helpful and nothing was a problem to them.
I needed cap urgently before going on a cruise , this they made happen.
Cap so much more comfortable than what I had before , a bucket.
I can now walk around and do something rather than wait for time to be up.

I wanted a Joovv but really - why pay for a brand? The product is exactly the same. I've had mine for a few years and its performed day after day. Everyone says I look younger than I am so attribute this to my red light!
