Package arrived safely. Lovely clothing. Beautiful fabrics, high quality workmanship, nice packaging. The clothing runs to the small size so I’m selective in the styles I buy. I love the no waist summer dresses. Always gets compliments.

I ordered 3 items only 1 was close to the sizing they provided. There are no returns on this site. They offered me $15.00 for a $70. in products. If you insist on returning the items they inreased the price to give me $30.00 but they want you to ship it to Dubai. They say they have warehouse in Canada and Usa but I find that hard to believe as it took over a month to arrive in the first place.

This company is a fraud. I ordered two dresses in January 2024, March 2024, I still don’t have them. They told me the dresses hadn’t been made on 21 Feb but mine would be made & sent within a week, now I cannot get hold of them. SCAM company, stay away from them!!!

Very happy with the dress and it was true to size and just as it was in the picture. No problems with delivery either.

Such companies should not be allowed to sell a product line that clearly they don't inventory. Will pass word around on social media about this firm

Ordered two dresses on 25 November. Asked where they were two weeks later. Got a Fed Ex number saying they were now being shipped. As of 31st December they haven’t arrived, the Fed Ex number is not recognised and no one is replying to me. Seems like this company is a scam. I want my money back but am not holding out much hope.

Absolutely total scammer of a company. One confirmation 2 months ago of my order. Then no communication since. After emailing and asking to cancel myorder a month ago, I received a reply of "sorry unable to refund as your order has been shipped " still no delivery and still no communication. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

This company is a total ripoff.
Ordered three items all were cheap Chinese quality. Dress was not the same print as picture.
Requested a refund twice and where to send goods back to and no reply they are ignoring my request.
Do not trust this company.

This company is a major scammer. Never received confirmation email. Emailed them many times and they kept saying I hadn't paid for the item. I sent proof of the payment and eventually they agreed to send it. Wish I hadn't wasted my time. Absolute garbage item. Have been emailing backwards and forwards trying to return and get a refund. They keep offering small amounts and asking me to keep it. It is that poorly made in a cheap crappy fabric it is completely unwearable looks like a sack. They are now not responding to me at all. Wish I had read these reviews first. Buyers please be very careful.

I ordered 3 dresses from Lorelo and they were nothing like what was in the photos!!! Cheap material, cheaply made. Not the quality that was advertised in the photos on Facebook. I asked for a refund. It was here the fun began!! They offered me 30 USD in a refund to which I declined. Again I strongly asked for a full refund , next came the offer of 50 USD and donate the dresses to charity. Finally, I appealed to Pay Pal and got a full refund, after many emails, arguments and unhappy times however, the catch was that I had to post the dresses back to Lorelo at my expense. This cost me nearly $40.00. A very frustrating and tiring time. I hope my review saves someone, just one person from being ripped off by this cheap overseas company !!!!

No delivery and no customer service.
Sent messages through messenger and via email I think 5 or 6 in total with no response at all. Went through PayPal and they finally offered my money back less postage and told me to keep the dress. If I had the dress I would NOT be chasing it. Never buy off them

Bought a size L normally wear a size 12 Australia but arms are very tight wondering if I should get next size up but need it by the 7 th November?

Prompt on time delivery. The dress is very feminine and fits well, the sizing guide was correct.

This garment arrived not only is the quality poor, but the sizing is incorrect - I have been emailing and trying to contact them for weeks with no response at all - looks like money down the drain.
