This company is a rip off. DO NOT ORDER. The dresses I received look nothing like what is pictured on their website. When you ask them to return them they tell you to keep the items and they will give you back LESS THAN HALF of what you paid. It's a terrible company, please learn from our mistakes and do not order!

Scammers, I emailed 7 times to cancel my order within 1 hour of placing it because I read reviews and they responded with why? ( No Phone Numbers) We went back and forth emailing and they said ok we will refund you the charge, never happened. On my Amex bill it is a strange name and not LERELO!

This dress is just beautiful. It is very vibrant and the fabric is heavenly! It is so light weight yet elegant.

I wouldn’t give 1 star I’ve been trying for a full week to get a returns label to send back I’ve sent 20 emails got one back saying keep the dresses don’t send back and I’ll put $25 in your account , I said absolutely not the dresses are nothing like the products advertised colour , size and style ? Cheap material
, no telephone number or address , they are robbing people blind this company needs shutting down .

The dresses I received looked nothing like the ones I ordered. They look like they have 5-10$ value each. I reached out and their response “Sorry for giving you a bad shopping experience. If the clothes you bought are not in serious quality problem, we will not accept return. We are willing to offer you a $15 refund as a compensation. Could you kindly keep the order this time?” After continued discussion they offered 23$ or I could pay for shipping back and maybe they would refund. I spent $87 on two dresses that are now going straight in the rubbish!!

The communication with this seller was very vague. They offer free returns but then charge $19.00 for returns/exchanges. I only received 2 of 3 dresses that I wanted exchanged. Seller told me to rebuy a dresses and has not given me my 3 rd dress I have paid for.

If someone could please list how you even got in touch with their customer service theybwoukd be so helpful.
This dress is something my 6 year old granddaughter could make. The dress I ordered was beautiful. The one I received looks like a piece of scrape material that was left over from cheap curtains. So disappointed for $41.99 plus $14.99 shipping. This is a shame, a scam and no one should ever order from this website.

Absolutely horrid! I have contacted customer service 3 times to return some items and have heard nothing. I get this request asking how satisfied I am, when I said unsatisfied it wouldn’t let me write a review. Just told me once again to contact customer service. I bought 8 dresses I don’t love any of them but want to return 4 and no one wants to give me the information on how to do that. It’s nit listed anywhere nor is a phone number. They pretend this stuff is made in US no it’s shipped from China to a shipping place in US and then a new labor is placed on top of the Chinese label. Complete crap and I want my money back!!!!
