Boendet AVBOKADE i sista minuten

Boendet AVBOKADE i sista minuten – INGEN ÅTERBETALNING.
Jag har ANMÄLT till franska konsumentskyddet (SignalConso) och uppmanar andra att göra detsamma.

Jag bokade tre nätter via Booking.com och angav tydligt att vi skulle checka in mellan 22–23. Bokningen bekräftades. Flera försök att nå boendet – inget svar. Den 15 juli fick jag till slut kontakt på telefon, då sa de att incheckning inte var möjlig efter kl. 16. Vi kom överens om att jag skulle checka in morgonen efter och stanna två nätter.

När jag kom den 16 juli hade boendet AVBOKATS utan information. Ingen ersättning, inget svar.
