While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more
To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. We recognise we may not catch everything, and you can flag anything you think we may have missed. Read more

Direct Public Fetch: When you enter your 14-digit Reference Number or Customer ID, our application creates a secure query to the public billing portal operated by the Power Information Technology Company (PITC) at bill.pitc.com.pk. No Server-Side Bill Storage: We do not collect, store, sell, or retain your electricity bill data, name, address, or payment records on our servers. Every query is processed ephemerally on-demand. Optional On-Device Memory: If you check the box “Save number on this device”, your reference number is stored exclusively in your own web browser’s local storage (HTML5 localStorage) on your physical phone or computer. It is never uploaded to any remote server or database. You can clear this saved history anytime by clicking the “Clear” button under the search box. Live Update Frequency: Billing records are fetched in real-time on every search directly from PITC’s public distribution server. Whenever LESCO uploads a new billing batch for your subdivision (usually between the 5th and 25th of each month), your updated bill is immediately accessible here. Base tariff slabs and monthly Fuel Charges Adjustments (FCA) are audited and updated on our site monthly as soon as NEPRA gazette notifications are published.
