UK Returns cost AND Delivery cost
Stay away - they have charged me a returns cost (£10!)and delivery cost (£15!).
I’ve paid £25 to effectively try on one item. They do not make this clear at all to the customer and I only discovered this reading on here. They should not ship to the uk if this is the case.
I paid the £15 as I thought an item in the sale would be a good deal, it was average and fitted poorly - very boxy, so returned and now I’m £25 out of pocket for no reason! Never ever ever ever again, scam artists
EDIT: reached out to them to give them a chance to explain… the response, tough luck. UK buyers, be very very careful dealing with them - to purchase and return (even one item!) will set you back £25

Watch out! You pay delivery costs for returns.
Quality and sizing of the product was poor. Was required to pay for postage by DHL on BOTH the delivery and the return so effectively was charged around 16 Euros to 'try on' the item. Won't use Les Deux again.
