My favorite brand
My favorite brand. I discovered the brand through instagram to be honest last year. It's insane but i have bought so many things by them since then, it's definitely my to go brand nowadays. Great quality and great support. One of my hoodies got shrieked (probably my fault) and they sent me a new one in whatever colour i could choose without even asking the previous one back.

Very pleased with the customer service
Very pleased with the customer service. Clothes I have from Les Deux are of excellent quality. But there was one exception, a single T-shirt of mine which had a quality issue. I contacted customer service and Mathilde helped me in replacing the T-shirt. But not only that, pleasant and customer friendly communication all along.
For me the contact makes me appreciate Les Deux even more.

Great customer service
I ordered internationally and had ordered the wrong size. I worked with Emilie to solve the issue of getting my refund back for having to ship internationally again. She was patient and responsive over the course of the whole issue and just made the whole process easy and not stressful. I have also been to the store in-person and just felt very welcomed and the sales people are very attentive. I love this brand and highly recommend
