I’m having problems with an order that I need to cancel because I unfortunately set up a subscription and I’m no longer at the address. I tried to cancel it but customer service will not respond to my emails. There is no phone number to call. I’m extremely upset that customer service will not reply. I can’t find anyway to cancel the subscription on their website. I will never buy from them again.
This is my favorite sunscreen: it has no hidden or harmful ingredients, is very effective (even with out reapplying, it holds up for hours), and has noticeably improved my skin (likely from the helpful vitamin c and hyaluronic acid). This is a rare combination as most sunscreens I’ve encountered hide harmful ingredients in the inactives, are uncomfortable and are irritating to my skin and/or just don’t work well. It is a bit sticky but absorbs well over time and really makes my skin softer and well-moisturized. This will continue to be my go-to sunscreen.

Fantastic produce. Water resistant for 40 minutes is an understatement. Went swimming off my yacht in Taormina, Sicily with Le Duets on and did not get burned. Application feels like applying face lotion, skin felt nourished and fresh all day.
I've worked in a dermatology clinic for two years and the Shield of Helios is a stand-out product among those in our practice. We have seen our fair share of sunscreens. This one has stood out to me for several reasons: the non-nano zinc is rare to see and extremely high quality. The consistency is great, and I love how it spreads. Will be recommending this to all of my patients and using myself for anti-aging and anti-redness.

Bought this sunscreen and wore it ALL DAY in the sun. It’s water resistant and gives great coverage! I love the tint and the thickness of it, and the best part is that all of the ingredients are good for your skin so you feel hydrated after. The only bad thing it’s that it’s a bit sticky, but still super worth it :)
