This company is definitely a scammed. I've reached out and got the same response. It seems everyone on here has been scammed by these people. Is there something we can do folks like we all collectively file a lawsuit against this company. I'm quite sure they are off the radar but with them emails they respond back from can be tracked I guess if we have the right investigators on this case

This company is a bunch of damn thieves… I have ordered three sets of clothes worth £93 and until today, since September, neither orders nor my money have been refunded, damn thieves….. This is an absolute scam! STAY AWAY!!! I ordered a harness and I received a vest with a printed harness. I felt being cheated. I will be returning the item to the address provided as per their advise and lets hope that they will refund the full amount. Otherwise, contacting your bank can also be an option to reverse back the amount if they dont cooperate. Just stay away and dont be fooled.

The delivery was on time, but the clothes I recieved looked nothing like the pictures. They just printed the looks on very cheep fabric. There does not seem to be a way to return or get my money back, so I am calling that a big scam.

Returning goods for refund to China is complicated and much more expensive then the goods so no Option!

I made an order on 7 July and it was supposed to arrive between 14 and 20 days. It has been more than a month since I ordered it and the item was not even shipped yet. Then I wrote to their customer service to request a refund and cancellation of the order. All they came back with was "Sorry for the delay.The items are very popular, so the order arrangement will be slow. I will urge the warehouse and logistics staff to send them out for you as soon as possible. So Please wait for it patiently and thanks for your understanding!". No matter how many times I told them that I don't want the item, they would come back to me with the same answer. This is clearly a scam!

The clothing they sent me is absolutely nothing like the photos! The quality is extremely poor, I spent £80 and received items worth no more than £3, can;t even use them as dish cloths. I have never been so disappointed with a purchase in my life. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

The photos about their products are lies. The photo showed a rhinestoned top, but i received a top with images of rhinestones printed on it! I wanted to return it but the return policy id mzde to discourage you: no guarantees of money back, you have to pay postage and customs…
