It’s well run from booking in to getting on and off. Signed posted well. My only criticism was the lack of passport control opening. But saying that we still got on quite well.

Ease of travelling Eurotunnel
The simple booking in, answers to all questions asked of staff, the ease of travelling, and convenience. also alteration of booking times when arrived early really appreciated.

The journey was straightforward and…
The journey was straightforward and functional. The signage on entry could be more clear to direct you to the boarding lanes. Signboards at the terminal telling you when to board were good. Food outlets were dismal but it might have been the 'B' team on duty. The train was very hot and stuffy on the way out but ok on the return.

Long delay
On this occasion, we felt let down. Our crossing was delayed by well over an hour. We have had good experiences in the past, but when there are 'technical issues' it throws everything out and it makes a bad end to a holiday.

There is no better way to get to mainland Europe!
A simple booking process, plenty of time slots, efficient check in with number plate recognition, good facilities before travel, the passport and Schengen entry procedures are well organised, the lourney only takes 35 mins.
