I cancelled my subscription MONTHS ago and they have not taken a payment. All of a sudden they have accessed my bank account and taken a payment. I immediately called my bank and told them this was a fraudulent transaction as I cancelled months ago. Les Mills have now sent me some nonsense email stating they will challenge my cancellation with the bank. I will take this as far as I need to. They have not taken a payment in months now are telling me that I didn’t cancel. CROOKS. These big companies think they can bully the little person.

Edit: After I posted this review they did refund the subscription.
I tried to cancel membership within the month as I do not currently have a job so can not afford unnecessary subscriptions. But they charged me a day sooner than I expected. I requested a refund on that day, the payment had not even gone through yet. They refused a refund. I have not used since cancelling and I do not intend to use it, so they are charging for nothing during a cost of living crisis. Surely refunding would be the right thing to do.

Les mill seems to have taken over everything gym wise either the gear or the equipment now the workouts a move too far for me - instruction in person I find much better in a class not a talk with a kiwi trainer - thanks but no thanks Les mills

I LOVE this app. I really enjoy spinning and have been doing it for 6 years now. However, working shifts has meant that I didn’t get to as many classes as I wanted to. I have downloaded this and pay for the membership, got myself a spin bike and I don’t think I’ll ever set foot in an ordinary spin class ever again! The RPM workouts are above and beyond. The instructors are world class and the music is great that goes along with it. Highly recommend!

Les Mills product is amazing. Their facilities classes and instructors are world best. Unfortunately their membership services team and payments system isn't. Have been attempting to cancel a membership and received nothing but the run around. They hold my bank account details and debit authority but won't process a cancellation payment, insisting I attend the gym to pay via CC or call and provide CC details. I do not want to provide any CC details as I do not trust their security or systems. Bank Account I can control. I have worked in the payment industry managing gym payments for the last 17 years and know what can and can't be done. It is just a money grab

I’ve used the Les mills app for a couple of years and think it’s fantastic. There’s a huge variety of workouts with new ones often added. They are very professionally produced and the instructors are fantastic- feels like you are working out with world class trainers. I like that they aren’t all 20 somethings but are different ages and body types. Really encouraging.

The Les Mills branded equipment is expensive, but many workouts are equipment free and I use a non branded weights set, some simple (cheap) resistance bands and a cheaper spin bike.

Myself and my husband both use the app and each do several workouts a week so the monthly price seems extraordinarily reasonable. Love it!

Les Mills program is perfect for me. I can decide when to exercise, what body part I want to work on, and how much time I have to do my exercise(s) on any given day and time. I can also go back into history and choice some of my older favorites. This program saves me so much time and I haven't found a workout that I do not like! They all push you to do better every time!!!

I absolutely love it! They really have stepped up their game with offering so many more options of different types of exercising. And also I really like that they really broke everything up from everything from just a 30 minute to 45 minute to a 55 minute workout. So really works when you don’t have a lot of time and also with the challenges that they offer and different hybrid workouts really misses things up you’re never bored. It’s perfect for the ADD exerciser.

Had an issue with their Quest software. Contacted their support. Never heard back.

The diversity of the contents and constant upload of new challenges, classes and workouts.
Also, I really must say how impressively good your client support is! There was an issue with your platform when it was accessed via google chrome and for a few months no one could seem to find a way to solve it. But I had constant replies from your end, constant support and the money return (without even asking for it) of those months. This is something I NEVER had on the gyms that I went to, for almost 4 years on a daily basis, and it's one of the reasons why I don't intend to go back. You listen to your clients. And that makes ALL the difference. Thank you!

Les Mills offers a huge range of different kinds of workout from Bodybalance to Weights to Shbam. The instructors are excellent and after a while you feel like they are friends who help you strive to be the best you can.

I appreciate the format of the exercises, the fact that everyone can easily grade them; the instructors, nice and motivating people. Perhaps the music for step and body balance could be improved a bit

Great combat workout, but waiting for 92 and 93

I Love Les Mills. I especially Love body pump as well as the Spin classes. I’m actually having to back off working out for awhile from an injury and I’ve been doing some of the low impact workouts. I love the versatility of Les Mills.

I absolutely love Les Mills on Demand. First of all, there is plenty of variety of great exercises... I do Body Pump, Body Combat, RPM and Core and love all of them! Secondly, I love the fact that there are plenty of recorded sessions to choose from and new ones are regularly added, so I never get bored of the 'same old routine'. Thirdly, there is the option of longer or shorter sessions depending on what I have time for. But most of all, I love the results!! I'm 55 yrs old and thanks to Les Mills on Demand, I am the most toned and physically fit that I have ever been in my life. Thank you!!!
