I went to store #468
I went to store #468, Worthington, Mn., and was greeted by Keyon, before I could even get out of my vehicle! That was awesome! He asked what services I needed, and assisted me through the process. I originally only wanted a tire repair, but I knew I needed some sensors on my valve stems. He promptly got me a quote, so I let them put the sensors in. This is where Tyler, the assistant manager came in and helped Keyon with the job. They worked on my vehicle together, got the job done, and I was on my way down the road! They're my New-Go-To people. I need a little more work done on the same vehicle, so I'll be bringing it back to the guys in Worthington, Mn, store #468. Thank you very much for all y'all do, at Les Schwab!
My vehicle was leaking oil
My vehicle was leaking oil, took it to Les Schwab for service, as they were the ones who the care of my last oil change. It was discovered my oil filter had failed.
The team replaced my filter and gave me a complete new oil change. All at No Charge! Way to back up your warranty Les Schwab!? I will be back!!
I paid Les Schwab for a brake job
I paid Les Schwab for a brake job, but the brake work listed on my invoice was not completed. I was charged for services I did not receive, which raises a serious concern about the accuracy of the billing and has caused me a financial loss.
I contacted the store to report the issue and request a resolution. I am demanding a full refund for all services that were not completed, not merely a partial adjustment or store credit. Please review the work order, confirm in writing which services were actually performed, and refund the full amount charged for any work that was not completed.
Worst tire center I’ve ever been to
Worst tire center I’ve ever been to. Came in for a tire rotation. Made an appointment for 3:pm. Showed up, said I would be waiting and waited 2 hours. They called my office and told it was done and they called me in the waiting room to let me know. Every time I come here to the broadway store they screw something up. Not sure how they stay in business. They show no care at all

They were very responsive and quick with my repair. Humberto was great!
Took car in for tire with sidewall leak…
Took car in for tire with sidewall leak knowing it needed replacement. Found right front was almost bald. So needed an alignment as well. Made appointment, brought in, allignment said nothing out? Obviuosly right side bald, left side looked fine. Something wrong but no further examination? Put on new tires and left. But would not trust again. Have to find better mechanic.
Winter just around the corner and in need of tires
With winter just around the corner, it was definitely time for a new set of tires. I called several tire shops to compare prices and see what brands they had available before making a decision.
I initially spoke with Nick over the phone, and he took the time to answer all of my questions while providing a couple of tire options for my vehicle. He was patient, calm, and informative. I later called back because I had forgotten the tire brand names, and John was just as pleasant, taking the time to explain the difference between scheduling an appointment and simply walking in.
We ultimately chose Les Schwab in Fallon, and I’m glad we did. This was our first visit, and even though they were incredibly busy, the staff remained friendly, organized, and kept everything moving efficiently. Having an appointment made the process even smoother, and we were checked in quickly, although appointments aren’t required and walk-ins are welcome.
We decided on the Reputation 2 tires, and one of the biggest selling points was the added peace of mind that comes with them—an 80,000-mile warranty, road hazard protection, and free maintenance, all handled directly through Les Schwab. Just a little over an hour later, my car was ready to go with its new tires.
Overall, it was a great first experience from start to finish. The excellent customer service, efficient process, and value of the tires made the experience an easy one to recommend. I wouldn’t hesitate to return the next time I need tires or any other tire-related services.
Beware!
I complained about my tires making noise, they said it was the wheel bearings. They said its the front bearings and was $900-plus to repair and they wouldn't stand behind their tires. Went to Arthur Mechanic and it was a back axel bearing and the tires were cupping and they missed it and now they said the problem is the shocks, and they still won't stand behind their tires and just kept making excuses. As of now I won't be back!
Wish I could give zero stars, wont recommend!
Not recommended
I ended up with 1500.00 of car damage I only owned the car 6 months now I have to take it elsewhere to get my car fixed correctly and that's going to cost me an extra 3,000.00. it happened at the Worthington location
Worst service I've had in years
Worst service I've had in years. I took two new 16" tractor rims and tires to Les Schwab to have the tires mounted. The charge was $65 for mounting only-no balancing or other services-which already seemed a little expensive. After I got home and installed one wheel, I discovered the other tire was flat. I inflated it to the recommended pressure and immediately heard air leaking, so back to the store. The tech "repaired" the leak and said they would call when it was ready. After waiting about 4 hrs with no call, I contacted the store and was now told it had been ready. When I got home again, I found the second tire had dropped to 5 psi. I made yet another trip back, and this time I was told both tires required tubes, at an additional cost of $80. In the end it took six trips back and forth before the tires were finally mounted correctly. What disappoints me the most is that I would have expected Les Schwab either to recognize from the beginning that tubes were needed or, at the very least to check for leaks before telling me they were ready. Mistakes happen, however at no point did anyone apologize or acknowledge the inconvenience caused by the repeated trips. Discount Tire is a few miles further from my home, but after this experience I will never return Les Schwab again.
Stopped to get front end alignment
Stopped to get front end alignment. Talked into a new set of tires which was ok. However, they refused to do the alignment unless I paid $145 for lane senser camera alignment. Then after I left, I noticed they charged Tire Pressure Monitoring System Rebuild Kit for all 4 tires at $9.25 per tire. What a rip off. I'll never be back and I will tell anybody that will listen to me.

Tire went flat near Seattle
Tire went flat near Seattle, Washington at 5pm. Les Schwab, Shoreline, kept their store open for an additional 30 minutes (from 6-6:30pm) to service my tire. Thank goodness I purchased from Les Schwab as they gave me a new tire and serviced all my tires with air as needed at no cost. We were able to eat popcorn and watch MLB while we waited. I have only had hire quality service and customer care from this company.
I went into Les Schwab today and told…
I went into Les Schwab today and told them I had a nail in my driver's side rear. A young man by the name of Gabriel got on the ground pulled the nail. As I was telling him that I had a warranty on my tire yet the car dealer didn't fix tires. As I was going in to do the paper work he stated oh it will not cost you a thing. And the young man to help him with the repair by the name of Matt were both outstanding individual. Thank you for taking care of me and the car.
Had shocks and struts put on my car at…
Had shocks and struts put on my car at the Marshall MN. Location. Less than ten miles down the road after repair the bolts that hold front strut came out going down the road. This damaged cv joint which they replaced. This was more down time and the car had a noise in the front. Took the car to another local shop which showed me pictures of how les scwab had not installed strut on the passenger side correctly. This shop then adjusted it so it was correct and the noise in the front went away. Judging how poorly les shwab is at putting shocks and struts on a vehicle I would not recommend them for any work on a vehicle.
Not to be trusted
Not to be trusted. Scheduled free insurance damage estimate, presented with $135 alignment charge instead.
Scheduled appointment for left front rattle. Replaced all four struts for $1400 repair. Rattle remains and no improvement in ride whatsoever. Left front dent in fender after work completed.
Illegal forcing of sale - Bothell, WA
This is for the Bothell, WA location. I went in for a slow leak in a rear tire and when they inspected all tires I was told I needed to replace one in the front due to a small tear in the side wall. I declined to replace because I wanted to go home and research what tires I wanted to purchase. That's when I was told by their staff that they were unable to release my car because WA law says they can't allow an unsafe car on the road but, they could give me a ride home. It forced me to purchase a tire, not one now but two because they said that the other front needed replacing as well. When I got home, looked up WA law and everything they told me was a lie, there is no such law. I would have been happy to sign a waiver or get me car towed home but this tactic was used to force me to buy tires from them without being able to research what I wanted to purchase. I also was not able to view the 2nd tire to see any damage to the tire so not sure there was even anything wrong with it. I have written to corporate and our state Attorney General to file an complaint. This was a completely underhanded tactic to force a sale and a violation of WA laws.
STAY AWAY from "Les Sham" tire stores!!
STAY AWAY from "Les Sham" tire stores. I recently made the mistake of visiting a Les Schwab tire shop in Hermiston, Oregon. Since moving to Oregon a few months ago, I had heard a few rumors that the tire stores in Oregon sometimes try to scam their customers into buying 4 tires when they only need one. Apparently it was related to some ridiculous "all-wheel drive" scam, wherein the salespeople would claim a customer must replace all 4 tires whenever just one needs replacement. They provide all sorts of technical sounding BS about the constant-velocity joints, bearings, etc. They throw in a few scary sounding mechanical issues, some homemade statistics, and if those lies dont convince the customer, these sleazy salesmen actually REFUSE to sell just one tire. They are so dirty, so focused on profit, they would rather send a customer away with a damaged front tire than sell them just one. I thought the days of high-pressure crooks on the sales floor were over, but then again I'm new in Oregon -- times might still be a bit behind. It's unfortunate -- until my encounter with the criminals at Les Schwab, I had not had ONE SINGLE bad thing to say about Oregon -- the people are amazing, and the land is clean and welcoming. I guess nothing is perfect forever.
You know the old TV shows (black and white) where the woman goes to the mechanic for an oil change? The guy comes out greasy and dirty, with a cigar hanging out of his mouth, a gross accent from somewhere on the East coast, and a few hundred extra pounds hanging over his belt. He tells the woman he can change her oil no problem, but she's also gonna need a new "frame-retention strap", hers is worn all the way through. He shows her a worn out fan belt, claims that if she keeps driving the car as it is, her car could split RIGHT IN HALF while driving down the freeway, putting herself and others at risk! As a safety precaution, he tells her he cannot let her leave in the vehicle without the new "frame retention strap". Of course, he has one in stock and it can be installed immediately for the low, life-saving cost of only a few thousand dollars. She's grateful for the man's wisdom and gladly pays for the fake work, plus an oil change.
Well, apparently those scammer-salesmen now work at places like Les Schwab. The only difference-- now they don't just try to scam women. Instead of getting rid of the sexism and chauvinistic activities, they just made them more "equal-opportunity". Yesterday was my first -- and obviously last -- visit to a Les Schwab. I will do my best to warn everyone I talk to about how the company is officially "in the toilet" and is no different from any of the other corporate scum, profit-first companies on the planet. In the meantime, if anything goes wrong with my damaged front tire before it's replaced, you can bet I'll be suing Les Schwab. After all, by letting a customer leave, they gave the impression that the vehicle was safe to drive. If there was a legitimate safety issue, they should have sold me just the one tire, regardless of any imaginary damage it would have caused the vehicle. Or was profit more important??
Highly recommend!
I visited Les Schwab in Rosemount, MN for their free Pre-Trip Safety Check prior to a recent road trip. As a woman with little knowledge of cars, any car maintenance is daunting, as I'm never sure if I'm being taken advantage of. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Les Schwab! I went into the appointment, thinking I would need new tires, brakes, and an alignment. As it turns out, my brakes are fine and my alignment concerns were due to my worn-out tires. They easily could have convinced me to buy all 3 services. I appreciate that they didn't try to sell me on services I didn't need. They have earned my future business, and I will highly recommend them to anyone in need!
I would never recommend the Les Schwab…
I would never recommend the Les Schwab in Billings MT. I got two new tires from them, and less than a year later, when one of them had a flat, I took it to Les Schwab for a free repair. They claimed they couldn't fix it because the tire was so bad. It had less than 10k miles on it and Les Schwab claimed it went bad because we didn't rotate the tires before then. Those tires turned out to be discontinued right after they sold them to us because of poor quality. They sold us two more brand new tires, and now less then 4 months later they are trying to claim the tires are bad again. The service both times was appalling. We will never use them again.
