Les Schwab Cannon City co

Decided to change out tires ( theirs ), not less than 7/32 but time and 1900 dollars later. The wheels are purchased from the tire store (cannon city co les scwab) also. Once completed there were air gun marks on the caps and wheels. No one touches them but those morons. Manager said it didn't happen at that store. Who did it then the tooth ferry? I just discovered they switched to wheel weights that get hammered on. The tapped ones were removed and they left the tape. WTF is wrong with you losers. So now I have tape and wheel marks on my wheels, not to mention they hammered on weights which is a no no. Won't happen again, I have a review on their site but it appears I am blocked.

Tried doing business with both Richland…

Tried doing business with both Richland and Pasco, WA Les Schwab stores to get my tire pressure sensors replaced. Got the run around from both stores and they wasted a few hours of my day. Each initially telling me that the job would be done after and hour wait. Due to one store telling me more appointments showed up than planned and the other telling me they didn’t have the parts in stock after making me wait for more than a hour. I went to Discount Tire in Pasco, Wa and they made my repairs in about 1 hour. I was told by many people Les Schwab does a good job but that is not what I experienced. Will not try doing business with Les Schwab Tires again.

Stopped on the fly with a screw in our rental car tire. Les Schwab immediately took us in and plugged the tire while we walked a short distance to a delicious breakfast 2 blocks away. Couldn't ask for better service. Thank you.

Poor service

When I bought my tires last year and was paying them big bucks, they got my car right in and put them tires right on no time flat. few months later one tire developed a slow leak. I’m sitting at the Les Schwab tire center right now so far, it’s been 3 1/2 hours and they still don’t have the tire fixed, they don’t really care about much if they’re not taking your money. Having a hard time living up to their warranty. Discount tire direct does way better job I won’t be buying Les Schwab tires anymore.

Les Schwab has lost all the integrety…

Les Schwab has lost all the integrety that Les worked so hard to instill making his company. What used to be normal everyday free services are in the crapper. The employees are paid a wage whether they are actually working or just standing around. Now these services are being charged for fees. I'm amazed they aren't charging for the air they put in our tires. It's ashamed Schwab has to be so corrupt.

Just bad

If you are a business in Greeley Colorado don't even consider these guys. Needed a quick swap of a flat tire for a spare I brought in and......place was a nightmare. Over 2 hours later had to leave and go elsewhere. All I wanted was a 15 min job done. Guy got all butthurt because I didn't buy $1,000 worth of tires just because he said I needed them. So he decided to take care of customers who came in way after me. This was my penalty for not bowing to his demand to buy all new tires. Les is the appropriate name for this place.

Integrity, courtesy and professionalism are alive and well

On July 10,2024 I brought my 2007 Lincoln MKX AWD to Les Schwab on Fulton Blvd in Sacramento
and spoke to the Manager, Tom! Prior to bringing my vehicle to Les Swab, I visited two other
companies, Universal Automotive and Mid-Town Tire Pros in Sacramento. I was informed that my
steering rack was leaking, and I needed Shocks and struts. Tom and the crew quickly placed my
vehicle on a lift and removed all 4 of my Michelin Tires. Tom, the service manager, inspected my
Lincoln and stated it appeared I had a prior bad axle leak from the torn boot kicked grease in parts
of the steering rack. Moreover, Tom allowed me to see all this firsthand including the other front
struts and rear shocks which were not half as bad as what I was told by the other shops. I was
impressed by Tom's courtesy, professionalism and integrity which has become increasingly hard
to find in businesses these days. Thank you so much Tom and Les Swab for your unmatched
excellence. You truly have demonstrated that a customer’s needs are your top priority.

We used to think les schwab was an American icon with integrity and support of our country. The employees were required to be conservatively dressed and service orientated. Lately we have been seeing a lot of Spanish speaking commercials and I am questioning the American support les schwab has been known for. I do not appreciate a commercial coming on that is exclusively in a language not native to the USA
We have been customers of les schwab for over 30 years but are thinking we will take our business elsewhere.

Purchased the set of tires five months ago from Les Schwab on government way brought it in five months later for tire rotation said they were unable to do it unless I bought two more tires car warranty. Tires are under warranty paid $450 for a set of tires. 2 tires must be a common practice for this Les Schwab because three prior customers were told almost the same thing and put on the spot purchase items they had no intention on purchasing as I did. I have12000 miles on these tires. With a 60 mile 60,000 mile warranty whether I rotated or not I should not have been forced to buy a new set of tires. Will never buy from Schwab. The

I purchased a set of the AS fit all…

I purchased a set of the AS fit all season tire. I have no issues with the store personnel in Casper Wyoming when the tire had 30,100 miles on it it was basically shot down to the wear marks with a 45,000 mile rating. I couldn’t find another tire from Les Schwab so I went to a competitor and went to a different product, I do not recommend that tire. Terrible tread life.

One star only because I can't give zero or negative stars. Have been a loyal customer to les Schwab for at least 15 years. Their customer service has severely declined over the years. I will never buy from them again after this. They screwed up the alignment on my truck, which ruined $1200 tires. One person there told me they would replace them on warranty, but when the job was done they said they would not replace them on warranty and tried to charge me. They will not stand behind their work. Go somewhere else!

SCAM

Went this morning to get new tires put on and they told me I needed new struts; $1900. Called my mechanic who just inspected my car 5 months ago and he told me that there was no way Les Schwab would know that by just changing my tires. My mechanic told me what to listen for and notice and that has not been happening. Buyer BE AWARE; SCAM ALERT!!

Horrible

Wow. What has happened to Les Schwab? I recently had new tires put on our small motorhome. The front tires had two different air pressure levels in them and it appears the person who put the tires on the duals in back had never done it before. They removed the valve stems I had on and replaced them with new ones so that I cant check the air pressure without removing the wheel cover! This is so basic and not like the kind of service I once received from Schwab. If they are going to use rookies for the job at least have someone supervise their work. This is completely unacceptable and I will be back tomorrow. I just hope I'm not told this is the way its done. The worst service I have ever gotten at a Les Schwabs tire center.

CV Axel repair with no accountability

I had a CV Axel repaired which went great, until I took my car on the freeway. The splash shield was left unsecured and was dragging, eventually folding completely over. upon returning I was told (by John -JT) a missing section with obvious signs of grinding on the road was like that when I brought it in and the best they could do was to look around and attempt to secure what was left. I expressed my displeasure and left with the screws which promptly came loose on the freeway a second time. I returned and had the manager (Carol) tell me the the missing sections happened more likely from the snow and ice and she secured it (temporarily) with a zip tie. Earning trust includes accountability when things don’t go well- I will not be back. I have responded to a satisfaction survey and had a response from les Schwab from a previous review, both of which have resulted in no effort to remedy the situation. I can not hear your words because your actions speak much louder.

Excellent experience: Update

The technicians seemed to truly have my safety at heart. They did a tire and brake inspection and diagnosed and fixed a problem I was having. Very kind and thorough. Took all the time I needed to answer questions. Update: since going in I have been getting an intermittent tire pressure, VSC, ABS, and emergency brake warning. Took it in and was told it was a coincidence. My mechanic is out of town until Spring. Will update again after ✔️ with him. I could handle tje warnings but when they show up my transmission will not shift out of Park. The technician reset the code for me. Fingers crossed...

I purchased 4 tires for over $1000.00…

I purchased 4 tires for over $1000.00 from Les Schwab in March of 2023 then paid for the front and rear alignment. By the time it was time to rotate them a few months later they were going bald. I was told that I would need to buy and pay for a new set of tires even though they were under warranty. I argued with them about it and they didn't care. Then I was told that the tire's they sold me were not being made anymore. The wires were showing on my tire's and was told that it would take a week to get new ones ordered. I was forced to go elsewhere and purchase a couple of tires for another tire company. Then all 4 are going bald again and was informed that they didn't do the alignment properly which is causing the problem with the tires, yet I'm being told I have to pay out of pocket for new tires. The mechanics are rude as hell when I go in to address my problem. Also the bald tire's are a very high risk of blowing up, which puts me in severe danger of having an accident on the highway causing injuries or death.I also care for my toddler grandson and I'm always transporting him to and from school which puts him in grave danger of injury or death as well😡
