I payed but the order was not received

I tried these products and I like them. I tried to buy directly from the official website but I had a very bad experience: after the payment authorization I received no order confirmation, the customer service told me that they haven't received any order.... according to them I bought from a fraudulent websites.... In reality I bought from the link of their newsletter!!!!
Now I'm trying to block the payment but I'm really disappointed!!!!
Even if I like the products, I won't risk again buying from their website!
