I had the most amazing experience with Let Flyt. They were late arriving due to traffic but I was informed while they were on their way. The movers in general were so efficient and organised and incredibly friendly. I moved to a fifth floor apartment with no lift and that was no problem at all for them - the total move only took two hours which was amazing. Can't recommend enough and I'll definitely use them again for any future moves.

The company owner is fantastic he…
The company owner is fantastic he cannot do enough for his clients. He is very organised, calm and extremely polite and friendly. Moving is stressful but he made it less so and reassembled both my difficult pieces of furniture at my new address so it already feels like home. I have no hesitation in recommending Let Flyt, a value for money 5 Star service with a dedicated and hard working owner. :-)

Excellent service
Excellent service. Took them two and a half hour to move a 50 m2 apartment from Frederiksberg to Lergravsparken to the third floor. Everything was handled with care, and the movers were super friendly. Prices are excellent too. Highly recommended.

Below average service
They arrived 2.5 hours late and kept saying 10 minutes to arrive. Had no trolley or prop to even carry items out of the apartment. Spent less than an hour to complete the whole service but had to pay 2 hours despite it all.
@Let-Flyt, regarding your response, they arrived 18:30 and not 17:30.
Also, as discussed and communicated, was informed in various times of the updates, so this is incorrect on your part.
I was aware of the 2 hours of course, but no body compensated for my 2.5 hours wait either. I paid 2 hours for a late service of a team that came with no props. And no, you did not know what were the objects.
I am surprised with your response to be honest. You first call me and offer DKK400 to remove my comment and then falsify what we discussed over the phone after I refused to do so... Disappointing to say the least.

According to the booking, we did inform you that the movers would be at your apartment between 16:00-18:00. You also got informed that we do not move for less than two hours which is normal for every moving company unless it is about transporting one single object. Via our website where you booked us, it clearly stands that the minimum time for moving is two hours.
On their way to you, the movers called you 17:10 to tell you they would be at your apartment 10-15 minutes. Due to the traffic they came 17:30 instead.
Because of the few things you had to get moved, we knew, that it did not require a trolley. Your stuff got transported safely to your new apartement.
Costumer satisfaction is the most important thing in our company and we strive to give the costumers the best move experience.
