Same as the other reviews: This website is a fraud. E-mails bounce back, phone line is disconnected. My order that I put in on 2/2/25 was never filled, items were never sent.
Scam. Same experience as others have reported. Order processed on 2/19/24 and no product sent and no response from company as all emails bounced and phone is no longer in service.
I see now that other customers have had the same problem I have had. I got a confirmation and then no response and emailed them three times and call tonight and still no response. Do. not order from them
This is a scam website. Exactly as the person below has described. The website looks legitimate but their phone contact is not operational and their provided address is a post office. They collect money from fake online sales. Please report this company.
This company is a scam. I placed an order on their very slick website for gourmet food products, got a confirmation email and then nothing for weeks. The pictures and description of products were good/accurate, the prices looked reasonable but they are out to illegitimately bill credit cards and skim credit card numbers.
After getting no reply from their "customer service" email address, I later found that their phone number is non-operational, and their "postal address" is fictitious, confirming my suspicions. They aren't well reported on sites like this, which is why they didn't ring alarm bells early on and I got scammed. I hope any reader of this review avoids them like the plague!
