L’excellence de l’art au RDV

Le sac sans coutures de chez Le Tanneur est un sac magnifique, produit dans les traditions de l’art de la maison et d’une excellente qualité, Made in France. Le Tanneur n’a rien à envié aux marques de luxe et a un excellent contact Client.

Nice design, POOR quality and only local warranty

Nice design, thought it was a good brand of good quality. Did read up some issues about the quality from various platforms, but took the leap in buying the Emilie briefcase.

3 weeks later, stitching on one of the handles started coming loose.
Wrote to customer service based on details on their website, received a response after a few days, got directed to the Strasbourg boutique where I purchased the item. Reached out to the boutique, got directed to another client-service inbox (only gave the right email address on the 3rd try).

Client service reached out, informing me to reach out to the boutique again, because that is my point of contact.

Reached out to the Strasbourg boutique again, and finally they replied and said my product warranty is only a local warranty. If I’d like any help with the item (refund or gift card), I’ll have to arrange shipping and pay for customs by myself.

Highly not recommended, albeit beautiful designs, but the quality is not great, and there’s no international warranty. And customer service is… they tried their best but not the best. Only buy if you live in France, and would be ok to go through the trouble of exchanging or getting the items repaired.

Broken buckle

The product I received had a broken buckle. I requested a replacement, but was advised I can send back for a refund and purchase again. I’m still deciding whether I will do so. My experience with customer service otherwise was very good as they were very professional and addressed my issue promptly.

Lovely!!

Order was extreamely easy and delivery was fast and efficient. The bag came carefully packaged and the quality is amazing! All and all happy with my purchase.

Fast and top quality

I received my order very quickly. The package was very beautiful. I’m very satisfied and definitely will order another bag, as I love this brand a lot.

I will never buy again!

This is second purse this year that I have bought from this company. I spent over $1000 on the last one. The first time I used the bag, the zipper pull came off. When the company would not offer to help, I repaired it myself. But seriously, over $1000 for a bag, and horrible customer service.
