Every time I have had an issue it’s has been quickly resolved. Every time I have purchased a new product it has always worked exceptionally and I always grow the best tasting lettuce and herbs with these 4 grow pots I have.
Love this company for its great service and products.

It’s very early to tell, but so far things are looking good.

I love how quiet and automated the system is. Very easy to set up and I’m really enjoying the experience.

The Letpot company in Hong Kong is the biggest bunch of liars, fraudsters, scammers I've ever met. They got my order which was many hydroponic systems totaling in the thousands of dollars. They stated in the advertisement that it would be 10 days to get all the items I ordered. After I paid I waited 2 weeks and NO order. I was later told by the company that it would be 30 days. Again I wait and send them numerous emails. I was given every excuse underneath the sun about my order. I then emailed more and no response. I had to get the Credit Card company involved. They so called Manager contacted me and told me it would take an additional 20 days but I would definitely get it. DONT BE A SUCKER AND DONT GET CAUGHT UP WITH THEIR BS, BECAUSE THEY HAVE ALOT OF IT. I NOW HAVE TO ESCALATE THIS MATTER AND HAVE MY MONEY CLAWED BACK. I HAVE TIED UP ALOT OF MONEY WITH A TOTALLY DISREPRABLE COMPANY.

The tracking system did not seem to be aligned with the emails I was getting about whether something had arrived or not which was a bit confusing. Maybe it was due to the Chinese New Year but my order predated the message I got about expected delays due to the Chinese New Year. Anyway, I got it all thank you.

I got my LetPot as a Christmas gift, and I’m absolutely loving it so far! The app and the automatic feeding and watering takes the guess work out of it which is what I need! I did lettuce first, but I think maybe I should have left room for it to spread out a little, might try that next time. So far it’s growing amazing though!

I’d give less since I did not receive all my order and no one has the courtesy to answer my questions about the order!

I purchased a Lepot Senior from Amazon which arrived yesterday. It was $126 so I thought I would get it. After setting it up today & turning it on and connecting it to wifi, I immediately got a pump malfunction warning on the app & a beeping sound every few minutes. I tried to trouble shoot & watched the YouTube video about how to clean the pump out. I emptied the water, took the pump out & gave it and the foam surrounding it, a good wash although it is supposed to be a brand new product. I then reassembled, re-filled with clean water and another lot of nutrients and turned it back on again. The same problem occurred again. I don't think the pump is working at all. It's defective! So I sent a message to Lepot customer service & then decided to call Amazon & eventually organised a return & refund. So that's my first and likely only experience with Lepot & I'm unlikely to ever buy another product from them again. I wasted too much water, seeds & the supplied nutrients & not to mention my time as well.

I love my Letpot. Received it as a gift. I've been growing lettuce basil tomatoes and peppers. Fantastic fun!

Ordering was easy and received the item within an agreeable amount of time.

Received what was ordered in a timely manner. I already have sprouts growing 5 days after receipt of the materials.

I gave it 4 stars bc the shipping was super slow. I prob also should have just given 3 stars bc your app is very confusing. You have your accessories buried at the bottom of a LetPot system that I don’t even own. I had to get on the FB page to ask other members where to find the white stakes you sell. It was extremely complicated to find. And I’m very tech savvy.

The system is very good, but my friend has plants that do not required a lot of water. In this case she experienced too much pressure and some of the nozzle pop out causing leaks on the floor. I resolved the problem by creating an open end, meaning I returned the water back to the reservoir; by creating enough pressure on the system for the rested of the nozzles to drip to her desire rate. The last nozzle that goes inside the reservoir allows the water to flow back with greater pressure into the reservoir. In this case, the water is circulated from the reservoir to the system and returned back to the reservoir without creating too much pressure in the system. I hope this can helped other customers if their are experienced the same problem. The pump is great and works fine. My friend love it, when she is traveling she can watering her plants through her phone. Before she used to complaint that her roommate promised her to care for them, but when she is returned from her trip their dry up and some of them died up.

I didn't like that my units were shipped from China. they seem to be working fine. 7 days after set up my tiny tim tomatoes popped up.

1) I thought the delivery would be faster than it was. 2) I could not find the nutrition bottles A and B in my package. I am still waiting for further deliveries of items that I ordered so I am guessing that nutrition will be in the second or third delivery. All in all, the device looks awesome, sitting on my desk I will grow something when the nutrition arrives.

Still have not got my package yet. Been almost a month. Hopefully it’s here before x mas.

Less reliable with wireless than the previous version, if you have the previous not worth the upgrade.

Cilantro doesn't grow well in just water even if you follow the instructions. I've tried 3 times. However, basil grows very well with this system and I loved having fresh basil.

Although I love my fresh basil, I’ve had issues with the technological side of it. The app won't auto refill and even after following directions, I still get errors - I'm assuming due to a faulty system / device. Customer service doesn’t seem to know how to fix it other than what is suggested which to this day has nt fixed the error notifications. Still waiting on customer services's support within the app (which is also faulty) but I'm still able to grow things like spinach, basil, and herbs. Cilantro never works for me (tried 4 times) but I'm curious to know if it works for anyone else. Started planting July 1st.

Overall, it’s a great way to grow certain herbs.

update: customer service replied and said to send a video - hopefully I'll have good news soon with their 1 year warranty because these technical issues make me sad.

Love the product! Lets me have fresh herbs all winter!
