worst customer experience i never ever seen!!
i purchased 4 film tickets from let's deal and none of them are valid when i try to use it. i contact customer service to ask solution, after one week, Josefin replies me with one sentence, contact films taken. i contacted filmstaden they said the codes have been used since i bought from lets deal, i need to ask them, i contact back again attached all conversation i have with film staden, you know what, Josefin reply me exact the same: For help, contact filmstaden.

It is inconceivable that Lets Deal ruthlessly does not want to help a customer who has bought a deal but due to surgery only wants to extend the validity period. I wonder considering that my paid deal is not used what goes to my money?
I gave one star because there was no zero star. If I had known about their poor and unreliable customer service I wouldn't had ever bought anything on this website. I bought health check control on this website that was supposed to be done by Smolab AB in Malmö and never got a booking, after one month of sending million emails to both letsdeal and Smolab without replies, Smolab told me that their agent in Mälmö has shut down and I should get my almost 700kr from letsdeal which hasn't reply my mails. I filled and sent the konsumerverket refunds form as instructed on their website still no reply. I was forced to contact klarna since payment was made via them and still waiting. Next step will be to contact a lawyer to claim my money and damage cost . Never will I or any one I know will near this website.
Paid for a pair of pants 1,5 months ago. They denied me to cancel the purchase after I had been waiting for one month. Then they are cheeky enough to ask me to review my"deal" when I still have not received the pant. Do not ever use this site, unless you want to donate money to them or at least do not expect to get what you paid for. Utter crap.

The companies that are selling products are not reliable. I ordered size XL and the size looked S, the product was made in China and the seller lives in Lithuania. When I tried to complain, the proccedure was not easy so I just skipped it. I will not order again from letsdeal..

I ordered quite a few items from Let's deal for New year gifts. I did not receive some of the orders. Customers service was great and helped me for quick refunds. Overall, the deals I got was very cheaper than the shops. 😊

I probably should have read some small print somewhere - but: Ordered a pair of slippers on Nov 28. Shopping just before Christmas I would have wished for a warning that the package would not arrive in time for Christmas. When the parcel finally did make it to Sweden, I had to pay almost as much in customs fee as I had for the pair of slippers, before it was actually sent out to me and I could pick it up (Jan 5 - five days after it was due). They were shipped from China. If I had known they were from the other side of the world I would never have ordered them. And I certainly had not expected to pay customs on the parcel. I know Let's Deal is a Swedish company in the usually professional Schibsted group, which is why I trusted them to provide good customer experience. Will not be using them again.

I would like to highlight a Serious Business warning to brand owners to trade with this company in the nordics, based on negligence on management level we had a devostating support experience. the owners of the lets deal company Schipstedt, are not either interested to find out how the root cause of wrong recruiting effects the consumer on very simple after sales matters. The point is not the consumers frustration, its a big loss for your brand to sign partnership with a company has failed completely in what is that why of serving a market. Sorry to say. The best thing you can do as owner of a serious brand reading this comment is to choose another channel to consumers than this company. Because then a consumer can be more happy, even if you fail to high extent. It cant get worse. This is the worst reference I have posted online , and I hope its the last time I have to do it.

Unprofessional company..second time with bad experience.now i bought coupon from cosmetic salon and when i called salon to make appointment,they say offer is finished.how can ut be finished when i bought it and still exist to lets deal page?how unprofessional can you be to offer something,withdrow money right away from my account and offer does not exist????come on..i want my money back,otherwise i wrote them i will give case to Court for customer rights ,like previous time,when they gave wrong info about traveling and charged me plus 1000 kr..shame for this kind of company

Great company with fast service even when things go wrong (like a lost package). A future improvement (suggestion) would be that they allways ship with AWB/traceable parcel.

Does not show shipping times in advance. I could not cancel, 5 min after realising it was a 1 month shipping time. They shipped it anyway. I will never use them again.

I was told by mail that I'm to receive the training bands within 16th April, but no outcome before I had to contact let's deal 3 times.

Items that are on the site some are good and some are not very good quality BUT Their customer service is amazing . They are excellent and this makes me come back even if sometimes the product I got I had to return it . Thanks Ottilia!

I ordered an item which took forever to deliver and so i decided to cancel the order. As soon as i cancelled the order, they told me it is already on its way. So I waited and waited. It arrived eventually but the item looks cheap sp i returned it. The item itself costs same as the sending ut through post so it was really disappointing. It took weeks and still havent got any reply if my item has been receieved on their part. And Klarna is also asking for a tracking number of the package which I obviously dont have. I sent them the receipt I got from posten when I sent back the item but apparently that is not enough. So now I guess i would have to pay for an item that i have returned. Incompetence at its best
