Selling health tests for food intolerance from UKlabs which are not scientifically proven. They should do a research, before they mediate pseudo products. I did not buy it, but I did not like the offer.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had at your workshop in ringon, göteborg during a routine service of my 2021 model vehicle, which has been driven approximately 58,000 kilometers.
What was expected to be a standard service turned into a profoundly frustrating and unacceptable ordeal. Upon collecting my vehicle, I immediately noticed that all safety features — which had been functioning perfectly prior to service — were entirely non-operational. More alarmingly, the front of the vehicle had sustained visible damage, which was neither acknowledged by your staff nor disclosed during handover.
I raised this issue with AD Sverige AB Magnus. His response surprised me. He told all the workshops are just a member of AD and AD cannot take any actions or responsibilities of their member companies. I gave my car for service only because of the brand AD. If it's just like a regular workshop in backaplan I would have not given my car.
Despite promptly raising these issues, your team has demonstrated a concerning lack of accountability and professionalism. Denying responsibility and failing to provide any form of resolution is not only disappointing but also indicative of serious negligence. It is unacceptable for a certified workshop to return a car in a compromised state, especially with safety systems disabled — potentially putting lives at risk.
I strongly caution others against trusting their vehicles to your facility. This experience has raised serious concerns about the quality of service, ethical standards, and safety protocols followed (or evidently ignored) at your establishment.
