Just used letsexchange for the first time, my transfer 'timed out'and I thought I lost my transfer but a quick email to customer service and within they responded with a wonderful energy and stayed on the case to find out what happened to the transfer over the next hours. And yes they found the transaction completed and updated me with the results and all is good in Hollywood'!! there was an issue with my deposit not executing in time and the swap timing out. I was worried something would happen to my funds. but I contacted support and received an extremely quick reply assuring me the exchange would go through regardless once funds were confirmed on the blockchain. they kept me updated throughout the process and let me know when the swap was completed which was very nice
