Slow exchange speeds
Deposit was being confirmed for 30 minutes while the explorer showed it as confirmed in the first 3 minutes. The deposit was only confirmed after I wrote support. In total the whole exchange took about an hour to complete which is unacceptable considering I have previously exchanged the same crypto pair in another exchange in 5 minutes. This is after contacting support please keep in mind. If I havent contacted support it might have taken even longer.
