I have been dealing with Toni from Lets go Let for 8.5 years now, she has dealt with 5 tenants for me now and always handled with professionalism and made sure of a quick and efficient turnaround which I like. Toni and the team at LGL have been managing my properties for almost 18months now and have been a pleasure to deal with. As a landlord it’s difficult to keep on top of changing regulations and regular maintenance jobs with reliable contractors. Through the handover process, setting up new contracts & negotiating rent, they have taken this stress away and have been worth every penny. My only wish is that I contacted them sooner!

Their regular communication and attention to detail is highly commendable, the team act with professionalism and go above and beyond with a personal friendly service.

Having also been on the other side as a tenant, I feel confident in the processes and systems they have in place to protect me in a secure family home.

When any property issues arise they kept us informed and arranged corrective action. They managed our property for 9 years from purchase to sale and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a property rental / management company.

Landlord - Changing over from the dreadful Allen and Harris let’s go let have been fantastic every step so far! The difference is chalk and cheese.
Service is 100x better and no hidden fees / rates that being new to letting can really add up fast ! To the point I paid twice the first month as didn’t realise Toni had already taken fees.

Toni and team made it stress free for my grandparents recent move. Went above and beyond to make sure they were happy and understood everything. Couldn’t recommend Toni and team enough.

We have only been with Let’s go let for a month but they have proved to be invaluable, one of our tenants had a plumbing problem and they dealt with it all so quickly for us, all we had to do was confirm they go ahead. No stress!!😁

Very happy with Let’s Go Let. They fully manage everything for the property I rent out, and they very quickly and efficiently resolve any issues that arise. They keep me well informed of any issues, inspections etc. and communicate clearly regarding anything that needs to be done at the property. From a landlords perspective I highly recommend them and I’m sure the tenants are also very happy with the service provided.

I've got to say my experience with Letsgolet has been brilliant. Super efficient, honest and reliable and to top it off Toni has enough energy for 5 people! It's no wonder her business is doing so well, she never stops! Always great to chat to, Toni in particular makes being a tenant more enjoyable than it otherwise would be. Toni and the team are amazing. Very friendly and super hands on. I really enjoyed having them as our letting agency. Compared to others in the market they really know you and care about you.

Toni has helped in moving to the property smoothly, and all the handovers were given at the expected time. The service was excellent in communicating all the required documents and making the referencing process in an easy way. Would definitely recommend using their service.
